ordered on line one night, says there is like hour and half till close, show up to darkness and a closed store. Eventually got our refund but left weird feeling about the place.

Good food for the most part. Out of 4 times there did have 1 time my sandwich seemed to be a bit thin on the meat. But really great that a portion of my money goes to the firehouses.

It was not during peek hours but the staff was friendly and they were obviously working on training someone so I think they did wonderful and the store was clean with lots of seating and an overall fun atmosphere with the theme.

This was my first time at fire house subs. I was really looking for a great sub sandwich to get a quick bite before work. Needless to say, I worked my shift very disappointed and hungry. I ordered the New York. The Pastrana was not very good, processed meat so thin you could see through it. How is that going to fill anybody up? And whatever pork they had on it, I had to take it off the sandwich because I almost gagged it was like eating raw bacon. It was so fatty and disgusting. The other thing I do not like about them is the counter is so high you cannot see the food that they are putting on your sandwich, now I know why! I wouldn’t have even fed that to my dog. If you’re looking for a great sub sandwich, do NOT go to fire house subs!

My pick up order didn't have pickles and chips. Contacted Firehouse and haven't heard back. They don't seem to care. The sub itself didn't taste very good although it had lot of meat on it. Will not be back, and won't recommend this place.
