I meant to write a review earlier, but I was thinking again about our dog, Noodle, that passed and remembered that I needed to write it. Our sweet Noodle had to be put to sleep and afterward my family just wasn't able to go home. We hadn't had breakfast, so we went to this First Watch. When I walked in I told the hostess that we probably wouldn't be the most fun table due to our loss. She was so compassionate and then our waitress also expressed her sympathy...
This was a really enjoyable breakfast. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and well-balanced. The eggs were soft and perfectly cooked, the potatoes had great seasoning and texture, and the avocado was ripe and creamy. The omelet was light, fluffy, and not oily at all. Even the toast stood out, thick, warm, and slightly sweet, which paired nicely with the savory dishes. Portions were generous without being overwhelming.
