After trying multiple meal prep companies, I finally found the one I will continue to use and refer people to. Their variety of menu items, freshness of food, and customer service are all deserving of more than 5 stars.
I have been using Fitstyle Foods KC for about a year now, and I highly recommend it! As a single person, these meals are nice during the work week so that I do not have to cook for one person, and spend the entire week eating leftovers.
