Well in my humble opinion, Five Guys puts all the other burger places in the shade. Their burgers are just a little better than Culver's I think but the thing that is a standout for them is of course their fries! Unless they're cold, I know of no other fries that compare! This location is relatively new I think, and unfortunately located about two blocks from me! I say unfortunately because it's a huge temptation! It was a little messier today as I was there about an hour into their dinner rush. However, as I was leaving one of the staff was out with a broom which was needed. Of course if people would just have manners and leave the place better than they found it, that wouldn't be a problem! ☺️

I always get the Cheeseburger all-the-way, and a "small" fry and soda. Very simple order, but extremely good! Some people complain that the Five Guys burger patty is not seasoned, which makes it bland. Normally I would agree, but it's obvious they have a much higher quality of beef than bottom-of-the-barrel McDonald's! And that's also why I always order it all-the-way. With all the fixings on it, the flavor is complex and adds a perfect amount of seasonings. And if you've been to Five Guys before, you probably know a "small" fry is anything but small! They give you more excellently seasoned fries than any other chain's Super Large fries! And they are always friendly and do whatever it takes to make you happy! Bottom line: If all you want is a beef patty, slice of cheese and some kind of condiment, then yeah. It probably isn't that much better than Freddy's Steakburger, but try eating grilled onions and mushrooms and all the rest on your burger and it makes it freakin' awesome!

The corporation requires them to hire 25 employees to open the new store, 2 weeks later they looked for a way to remove all the new employees, looking for many ways to get rid of them. They will only use you as a lab rat to open the store, then they will make you lose your job. that is inhumane. and it goes against human rights. I will see to it that human rights and the department of labor obtain a copy of this.

Just finished a great meal at this location. Thank you so much for building a five guys in this area, it’s so close to me. We ordered online for pickup, and it was so easy. The food was ready, and fresh when we got there. And the people were super friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
My completed order was sitting on a steel table for 10ish minutes when all that was left was to pour in fries. The staff decided the entire team needed to watch a couple of the men poke at the ceiling slides over the cook stations until they had disassembled the entire top cover. Once done, the cashier who told the staff that I was here for pickup reminded them that I was still waiting. Cold burgers with fries poured on top. When I asked for them to remake the burgers fresh they kept pushing back against the request. Lied that the pickup bag was on a heat rack to keep the food fresh. Once I asked for just a refund they finally offered to remake it for me. Just call corporate and let them know if service is bad. Disappointed since this location is brand new I expected better quality control. Do not come here if you want decent customer service.
