They don't cross reference their Open Table reservations when people check in, unfortunately they have our table away but after about 30 minutes and pressuring them to make it right, they finally allowed us to sit at another table being held for someone else. Very frustrating! And for food, they actually brought one of our guests frozen sweet potato fries thinking they'd been fried.
Love the nachos and the Cookie Blitz! Our server was very personable and did a good job with us. I often went to F & H when I lived in Overland Park in the late 90's and early 00's, and I always enjoyed it. I was happy to finally have the chance to go back there this weekend. It was as good as ever! I also went to the Indianapolis location quite a bit when I moved back there, until it sadly closed some years ago. I miss it!
Reserved a table, when we got there and they didn't bother to call that there was a fight on TV. They asked us to pay a $10 cover charge. Before entering.
Service is very good. I have only been twice with a month apart and the server remember my drink.
The food was great and a lot for the money. I spent my dinner looking at a wooden board with lumber stickers on it that had been there quite a while, nothing interesting to look at. The server was quite nice, but slow to serve and slow to get our check. No one greeted us at the door and there was no sign telling us to seat ourselves. We had reservations that weren't apparently necessary at 5:00. We might order door dash from them but we won't be going back to the restaurant.
Didn't actually order here. Once I got past the busted front door and regained my senses from the stale beer smell, visited the rest room. Couldn't help but notice the exposed wiring and the felt blanket over the hvac return. Didn't feel like relaxing there so I had to move on.

Fox & Hound is a solid spot for a night out. They have a great beer selection with plenty of craft options, which is always a win for me. The food was decent—nothing mind-blowing, but satisfying for a sports bar. The atmosphere is lively, and there are plenty of TVs for catching the game. Service was friendly.

Good place to hang out if you want to shoot some pool and watch sports. Lately food prices are going up while quantity of food served is going down. Staff is friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if the pool tables were re-clothed and leveled.

The food was a little cold but good. Our waiter Shawn was amazing. He was the only person waiting tables. There were at least 50 people in the restaurant. Shawn ran his rear end off and kept up. The manager was nowhere to be found and there were 2 people working behind the bar. Shawn needs a bonus for carrying the whole place by himself.

Took me 15 minutes to wave down a server and asked for a menu. That person never returned, so I waved down another server who brought me a menu from somebody else’s table and said they’d be back in three minutes. That didn’t happen. I was there an 90 minutes and was unable to order food. I will never return and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately, there was a disconnect between OpenTable and the restaurant. The restaurant did not have my reservation even though I had received a confirmation. The staff was great though, rushing to accommodate our party of 10.
Good food and drink specials

Benjamin, the bartender, was more interested in talking to his buddies than serving beer on a slow Monday night. The barback was nice and kept making excuses what was taking him so long so they get a star for the barback actually trying.
