went through the drive thru tonight pretty close to closing time and i felt so bad but ryan was so cheerful and had great customer service! my fav freddy’s.

I came here for my first time while visiting a relative next door in the hospital. They had our order (for three people) completely wrong. Even after taking the food back, it was STILL wrong. After a 3rd attempt, it was finally made okay-ish but it definitely ruined the entire experience. It didn't help that the staff was being accusatory as if the mistakes were our fault. The cashier who took the order was great and entered everything correctly. The kitchen staff couldn't seem to get the order correct even after pointing out that the receipt was correct.

I ate here a lot when I worked in the area. I was in the area again recently, so we had lunch here again. The food was good, as always. The burgers are a bit thin, even for a smashburger, but the seasoning is good and the price is right. It's no Steak N Shake, but it's a good runner up.

Everything was great until the manager (man with dark red hair and beard wearing a red hat)walked out from the back, coughed into his shit then took his hat off rubbing the sweat from his brow into his hair replaced his hat and proceeded to make someone's frozen custard order. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A SINK RIGHT NEXT TO HIM! GROSS 🤢!!!!!

I used to really love Freddy's but so many food places are declining in quality and the prices just get higher. The last few times I have gone here I have gotten my usual patty melt and there were hardly any onions, maybe one or two tiny pieces and the patties were small too. The fries used to also be spilling out of the container and nicely seasoned and now they aren't even filled halfway most of the time and they seem almost seasonless.

First visit to Freddy's and I liked it. Reasonably priced meal deal that included a burger, skinny fries and a drink. Service was speedy, with my food up and ready within just a couple minutes. Nice to find a spot that has the crushed ice, it always seems fancier.

The entire restaurant was really dirty. Trash cans overflowing, no clean tables, and it's not busy at all. Even the door frames were caked in grime so people were trying to get in and out without touching anything. They obviously have been dirty for a long time.

Great service

Freddy's is one of the few chains I frequent. They have a fairly consistent product from store to store and usually fairly clean too. Thanks for the yummy burgers!

First time we had it and it's pretty tasty didn't take very long for food. Kids wanna go again

Love coming here after playing Frisbee golf. Always have great customer service and quick!
