Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Low cost, low expectation, fast food joint with delicious tots and fries. Seriously probably my favorite fries/tots ever, but not for people with high blood pressure!! The salt/sodium content in all the food is off the charts, thus making it delicious. Also has the best strawberry milkshake around - better than Andy’s Frozen Custard.

Freddy's is always more expensive than it's worth. I've never had my order correctly taken on the first try. We've given them enough chances, I'm out

I’ll start off by saying the food was good. It was $20 for a meal and a milkshake but I think that’s just the norm now. They did fill the bag with fried a little more than other restaurants do. The only complaint is they are a little disorganized with calling orders. They have a loud speaker they use but they rarely use it. Good experience over all staff was nice.

Dan really has this crew clicking. Great customer service at every interaction with him and his staff. Food is always amazing.

I used Apple Pay and the young woman at the drive through first said they don’t use it? Or it sounded like that, then I had to explain to her how to use it, she then went non-verbal, handed me back my phone and Freddy’s Sunday and just turned her back and walked away. Came across as really rude for one, surprised that a teenager didn’t know about using Apple Pay to buy retail food and just zero attempt to communicate.

She also didn’t give me receipt either. Clever but also poor service.
I’m complaining because the service at this Freddy’s is usually OUTSTANDING! This kid does NOT represent her coworkers well at all.
Hopefully she gets retrained by someone that can muster up the effort to say “thanks and have a good one”…and not turn her back like she’s upset someone over 40 knows more about technology than she does.🤷🏼‍♂️

I walked in today cause their drive thru was closed. Two people were working at the front and were just staring at me like they were angry or something. They didn't bother saying hi or anything and there wasn't even a line. At least greet people when they're coming up to you.

Food was good, but the restaurant was filthy. Everything from the walls to the booths, floors and bathrooms. Made me wonder if they have any type of cleaning schedule.

I come here often with my work being up the road, workers have always been pleasant! This one time I accidentally ordered online at the wrong location and the restaurant manager did everything he could to get my problem settled. I really appreciate his time and would recommend this location over any of the others.

Food was hot and fresh and great tasting like always. Our granddaughter picked Freddy’s and she could have picked any place. So when she picked Freddy’s we were very happy.
And the staff did not fail us.

Food amazing. Couldn't understand cashier, but he had a hearing aid so we spoke up. Corrected our order and made great onion rings and fantastic burgers and chicken sandwiches.
