Drove 11 hours from vacation to home. Planned to stop by this business. I love their allergy friendly options. They were out of the dairy free options. For a place that generates a lot of business by being different, not having a main ingredient like that is no good for people who specifically stop for it.

A unique ice cream experience. One size, select your flavor, and watch the staff go to work making your fresh ice cream.

Good ice cream. Unlike the other readymade ice creams, they are making bas per our choice. The process looks interesting.Good ambiance with friendly staff.Near to oak park mall, so some shopping and enjoy the ice cream.

This place sucks! Tried ordering ice cream with m&m's and brownies only to be told "we can't do that", my son wanted a small vanilla with m&m's and sprinkles and they said "just vanilla!?" And "we only have one size, we can make it smaller, but we are still going to charge you full price." Couldn't understand what the cashier was saying, so I gave up and didn't order a thing. Going to Baskin Robbins instead.

Unique ice cream making process—it’s frozen on slabs in front of you instead of the traditional churn process. The results are tasty but I prefer the traditional texture. Fun flavors and mix ins, friendly staff.

What a magical experience I had here today. I walked in thinking this was a typical "mix-in scoop shop". Wrong. They pour the cream on a frozen surface, chop fruits, cookies, nuts, and candies into it, and then they spread it flat so it hardens. The last step is what got me. They then scrape the ice cream off in rolls. ROLLS! It almost looks like crepes. They keep this form as you eat them. As soon as you scoop the ice cream in your mouth it melts into creamy goodness. I immediately wanted to order another one to try out more combinations.

Rolled ice cream is amazing. Go here all the time with my girlfriend. Some staff are more friendly than others, it just depends on who is there. Seems to change employees often but looks like an entry-level job so that's probably why. Over all icecream is amazing.

I visited freezing moo's couple of times. This is a rolled ice cream so it tastes better as it melts. They have descent flavours to choose from. The staff can be better - all the times they spelled my name incorrectly on the cup. If they didn't understand, they could have asked for the spelling instead of writing something gibberish. Also, their prices are on bit expensive side compared to the various other ice cream outlets like sylas and maddys, häagen-dazs, etc. Not bad to try it though!!

I cannot give this place enough of a good review. They have VEGAN OPTIONS! First time in my life seeing a rolled ice cream place with dairy-free ice cream. Thank you whoever owns this place, please know how appreciated that is! I got mint oreo and it was so good! My boyfriend got a regular ice cream option and he loved it too. Worth going to!

Been going to this place since day one. They always make sure to call you up so you can enjoy the experience of watching them create a special treat! Perfect for a hot day like today!

Note, this is rolled ice cream. Delicious, but very busy at 7ish on a Sunday. You select a menu item, which consists of a specific combination of ingredients (e.g., a number one which is strawberry, Nutella and Graham crackers), but then you get to add 3 additional toppings at the end. After ordering, you will wait for them to call your name. You will go up, they will make it, then ask for those extra toppings (you do not request them at the time of ordering). I didn't see this process clearly stated so hopefully this review helps!

Best ice cream out there and the toppings are amazing!!! We love that there are non-dairy , GF. AND vegan options as well. It's the easiest place to go for everyone! And such a fun experience too.

I enjoyed the creamy coconut milk that they put in it the strawbella is one I definitely reccomend because you get a creamy taste with blended strawberries. Definitely will be going back!

Freezing moo near oak park mall is serving moldy ice creams . The sink that they dip their spatula in every time and which comes in contact with ice cream is dipped in moldy water.. looks like the sinks are never cleaned. This is the second time I have been reporting this. This summer I see lot of kid crowd coming in. I hope the owner takes this seriously. We don’t want any kid falling sick with mold .Or food department does check how safe this place is

From out of town, my lady and I were craving a sweet treat when we stumbled across this rolled ice cream peddler, the frozen moo. Initial thoughts, probably nothing special, and a cheesy name to boot. The menu seemed a bit tedious at first, but once we landed on our decision 2 days later we were far from dissatisfied. Normally adding so many ingredients to the top or mixed in with your ice cream causes some to get hard others to get soggy. But the combination of toppings chosen in the pre made options and flavors were perfect.
