Fuel Cafe has done a wonderful job of meeting my lunch and healthy meal selections for quite sometime. Great solution for family member on a special diet. Sometimes they are closed during posted business hours which can be frustrating. It’s happened to me twice so now I call ahead. The shepherds pie seems to be the family favorite. We are sad they are moving locations. Hope they open another space in OP soon.

My husband and I popped in to Fuel Cafe for the first time today to grab something for lunch and were thrilled to find great tasting, healthy options and super friendly staff! We opted for the hot food bar and each were able to customize our selections to taste. I wish I had taken photos, but the food was so delicious we didn't wait to dive in! We'll be back to try other items, but I definitely recommend the steak with guacamole sauce and pickled onions on the side!

This was our first visit and we decided to try the pork and beef with saffron rice and toppings. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, plus if you’re looking for healthier options you’ll definitely find it here! Husband also got the Horchata protein shake and it was so good. I’ll probably just get that next time as a meal replacement.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a healthy lunch option and was happy to find them. The warm bar is on point, everything was Uber fresh and cooked to perfection. You can’t beat the price either… Definitely a new favorite spot!

They offer fresh pre-made meals at a fair price about 5-10 per depending. The prices are comparable if not better than something like freshly. And the food is much better. Everything I have tried so far has good flavor and isn't completely bland like some other health food places around and online services like freshly. The hot meal bowls are also a good quick healthy lunch.Would recommended if you looking for quick, easy, and fresh healthy meals, or hate cooking/meal prep.Edit: Also adding that the staff is very helpful and friendly. They are proactive in making sure any questions I have are addressed.
Definitely one of the more affordable meal prep services while still being DELICIOUS! I’ve been curious so I dropped in yesterday. Grabbed a $5 grab and go (presumably on its last day, but it was going to be lunch anyway). I’m trying to stay relatively low carb through the weekdays and they actually had a low carb option-mini meatloaf (with some delicious sauce, idk what it was), sweet potatoes and broccoli. Everything tasted REALLY good! On recommendation from the woman at the counter, I microwaved covered for two minutes and it was perfect! It’s a ten minute drive from my office, but totally worth it. Friendly and helpful people, delicious and healthy options. I will definitely be back!

The food quality is good and I thought things were well priced for how much food you get. If you're trying to stick to a specific caloric intake, this place is great. It's also probably good for parents that are super slammed for time or folks that have to look after and feed elderly parents. Two stars off, though, for the weird/confrontational customer service. I had a question about my account and the woman I was messaging with, Elena, told me to give her a call to work it out. When I called, a guy picked up and said "Hi, how can I help you?" I said that I was calling for Elena and asked if she was in. He responded VERY aggressively: "NO, SHE'S NOT. WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Like, suuuper weird vibes. I explained the situation and that Elena had asked me to call. Well, lo and behold, Elena was actually in. He abruptly hands Elena the phone who is really nice and really helpful. Again, I think this place puts out a good product and is worth a try if you're dieting or just don't have the time to prep/cook healthy, balanced meals. And maybe this guy was just having a super bad day. Still, that level of random, unwarranted aggression toward a customer is something they need to iron out.

This location sells pre prepared healthy meals and snacks. They do advertise that they make shakes but at the time I went they said they currently do not serve them. The staff inside was very nice and informative and told me they have plans to offer more at this location. At this time they really only offer meal prep type food and not much else. Hopefully later this year they will have more to offer.
