This review comes after the last few visits being very poor experiences. Came here a few months ago for a Friday night dinner. Service was terribly slow despite the restaurant being more than half empty. Aside from slow service, my entree that took over 30 minutes to come out, was incorrect. The dessert we ordered to go was also incorrect.

Fast forward to today, Thanksgiving pre order pick up. Took over an hour past my pickup time for my food to come out, despite them telling me when I first walked in that the wait was only 20 minutes. No attempt to provide any form of customer service to make up for the significant delay. Small portions for their holiday meal as well.

Today was the last time I will be a patron.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The table and chair in the corner were noticeably wobbly, and the green beans were undercooked. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that no pumpkin or apple pie had been set aside for reservations. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

We had driven in from Illinois to take our son out for Thanksgiving dinner. I just happpened to pick this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. Everything was perfect! Appetizer, salad, main course, all excellent! A full menu on a holiday, unheard of, but they pulled it off perfectly! Hannah, our server, excellent! The bartender was accommodating to our request for football. Thank you all for making this a great visit!!

Amazing dishes, though obnoxiously large. Not a good place for large parties as space seems limited and the atmosphere will get loud.
Dishes were very tasty and flavorful, definitelly worth the money. Service was 110%.

I ordered the 2 person Thanksgiving meal for a 2:45pm pick-up. My meal was not ready until 3:30pm. I also ordered a Punkin pie but received a Apple because they ran out. When I got home and opened the container, there was only two slices of turkey, green beans and one scoop of mashed potatoes. I also did not receive any bread. I would not recommend getting this again.

I had a great experience dining at Garozzo’s in Overland Park. The service was attentive and professional—everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. But the real star of the meal was the salad. I can honestly say it was the best salad I’ve tasted in my entire life! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly dressed. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

We placed a catering order from Garozzos for a corporate luncheon. The chicken spedini was unusually dry..The shrimp spedini, Tortelloni Gina and chicken Alfredo were delicious. We added on a half pan of salad...It was $55.!!..we could have bought a couple salad kits from a grocery store for less than $15 bucks for the amount of salad that was in the pan. Overall, customer service was good. The chicken was dry and the salad is overpriced for what you get. Would we order again from here? Yes but it would be different dishes next time.

Good food! I had the Eggplant Parmesean. It was really good, and the leftovers heated up really nicely. As for the ambiance, they sat my son & I in an overflow room. Which seemed like an overflow room-- not really the great environment that I had heard about. As we walked to/from our table, we could see that the other parts of the restaurant were much nicer. The server was nice. Nothing above & beyond when it came to the waitstaff-- they were okay. The wine was good and food was good. So that's what was most important.

Ate there for an early dinner to beat the rush tonight. We just moved to the KC area a few months ago, and was looking for an Italian place. This place is our new go to! Outstanding food and service. The prices looks a little high, but then we saw the portions, and they are easily two meals worth of food per order. Will absolutely be going back very soon! Not a bad thing to say about our experience.
