My wife and I went here for our Wedding Anniversary dinner and it was wonderful. Macy did a great job with suggestions and taking care of us. We started off with the Mozzarella Fritti for the appetizer and WOW, it was great. Definitely the best mozzarella we have ever had. Cooked just St right and the tomato sauce was delightful. For mains she had the Bistecca Modiga and I had the Tortellini Gina, again both we amazing. Fresh and full of flavor, you couldn't ask for a better experience.

Best Italian food and service I've ever experienced outside of Italian grandmother's homemade that is, lol. My oldest son was visiting from out of state and took me to dinner at Garozzo's and he also enjoyed it very much. We were able to get a high top without wait or reservation, bar drinks were good as well and the food portions were as expected. A little pricey, but worth it!

Not bad, but it seems like they're resting on a previous reputation, and the effort just isn't there anymore. Food was solid, but some quality missteps will keep me from going back. Ricco's is just down the road. Better food (and certainly drinks!) can be found there.

I’ve been to Garozzo’s several times, including the original downtown location, and while it’s a great spot, the Overland Park location on College Blvd is on another level. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like VIPs by the managers Austin, Richard, and Joanne—which immediately set the tone for an incredible Saturday afternoon.

And then there was Blaine, our waiter, who absolutely crushed it. He kept our drinks full without us having to ask, made sure every dish came out hot and fresh, and just had that perfect balance of attentiveness without ever feeling overbearing. If great service had a gold standard, Blaine set it.

Now, let’s talk about the food. I had the Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp, my wife had the Vodka Rigatoni, and both were absolutely PERFECT. The sauces were rich and flavorful, the pasta cooked just right—it was the kind of meal that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is. My wife was loving hers, and when she’s happy with a restaurant choice, that’s a major win.

I wish I had pictures to show off how amazing everything looked, but by the time I even thought about it, our plates were clean LOL.

And let’s not forget parking—such a simple thing, but it makes a big difference. Sometimes finding a spot at the downtown location can feel like an obstacle course lol. But here, it was easy. Pulled up, parked, walked in. No stress, no circling the block, just straight to enjoying a great meal.

Bottom line—Garozzo’s Overland Park is the best location, hands down. The food, the service, the overall experience—it’s all top-tier. 10/10. We’ll be back!

My first time dining in. The food was good. However, I was highly disappointed with the way we felt rushed during our visit. Our reservation was at 8:15p and the restaurant closes at 10. We were completely rushed & hassled. I really didn't appreciate that. We were gathering with family that we hadn't seen in a long time. Very disappointing!

Garozzo's never disappoints! I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying their food at weddings, in their restaurant, and even through takeout, and it’s always fantastic. The dishes are full of flavor, and I especially appreciate their gluten-free options, which never compromise on taste. Whether I’m dining in or grabbing a meal to go, the quality and service are consistently excellent. If you’re looking for delicious Italian food with great gluten-free choices, Garozzo's is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Garozzo's Restaurant in Overland Park, KS, offers an exceptional dining experience with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Known for its classic Italian dishes, the restaurant delivers consistently delicious meals made with fresh ingredients. The place is most of the time busy and it needs reservations to avoid an hour waiting. A standout dish is the Chicken Spiedini, featuring tender chicken marinated in a lemon-garlic sauce, grilled to perfection, and served with a side of pasta.. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly and attentive. The charming ambiance and quality of food make Garozzo's a local favorite for both casual dinners and special occasions. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine in the Overland Park area!

It was my first time eating here and I can’t find the right words to express how delicious everything was.
We got the stuffed artichoke and garlic dip for appetizers; I recommend both! I think I could personally drink the dip if I weren’t to be judged for it.
For entrees we got the fettuccine & capelli d’angelo (add sausage)
The fettuccine was so rich and creamy, we also loved the capelli; the sausage melted in your mouth.
My only regret was not having room for dessert.

The prices are very reasonable and you get a very large portion.

There was an issue with the bathrooms which created some noise near our table; the staff apologized immensely and even took our appetizer off the bill.
Our server and the staff in general were all very respectful and polite.

I enjoyed every second here.

We dined in on Friday evening. We had a larger party of 11. I did not catch our server's name, but she was fantastic! She took care of our every need/request. She even took two group photos of us. The food was phenomenal! I've eaten at this location several times, but this was the best! We had drinks, apps, main dishes, and desserts. I highly recommend Garozzos. The ambience was great, too -a candle lit dinner.
