This afternoon, I bought two cups of milk tea and a serving of chicken feet at the store. After eating one of the chicken feet at home, I discovered that the food had grown mold. Considering the challenges of running a business, I immediately went to the store and explained the situation to the owner, who promptly refunded the money for the chicken feet, a fairly positive response.
After returning home, I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and other discomfort, which I suspect were caused by eating spoiled chicken feet. This review isn't meant to be a source of blame, but rather to encourage the owner to take this as a warning and strictly enforce food hygiene regulations, ensuring proper storage and freshness control. After all, food safety is fundamental to business operations and ensures consumers can eat with peace of mind

The place was really good the reason I am leaving a one star is because when I asked was my smoothie accidentally made with bananas because it tasted like it and I’m allergic. instead of going to the back and asking someone she looked up my order said it didn’t have bananas so I started drinking it and my throat started hurting and I had to take a Benadryl. I wish they would have be more caring about my allergies. Please be very careful what you order from here.

I dont understand why businesses don't have their prices on their menu. Sure my banana matcha tea was good, but was is $9 good. Meh. Nice place, many options. I wish the staff wore gloves. But otherwise a decent bubble tea. Just be surprised by the prices

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The flavored matcha lattes are a revelation—smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of sweet. I tried the banana one (crazy I know) and it tasted like a cozy, green hug in a cup. The service was equally lovely—warm, kind, and welcoming even on a busy day. You can tell they care. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last!

First time ordering their taro milk tea and it was chunky and nasty we went home n put it in a blender to see if the chunks would blend but it didn’t. It tasted like chunky formula. Nasty

Honestly, we went there for a special imported doll my daughter wanted. They have a great selection of fun toys and collectibles and vending machines.We did not try the food or drinks, but we will be back as everything looked great.

Drink was great. The barista came out to take my order, didn’t greet me and immediately started scrolling through her phone on the counter. She kept scrolling for a second and when she decided she was ready to take my order she looked up at me (still said nothing) and stared at me until I placed it. This place is normally great and I’ve never had an experience like this until now.

We had the Oreo milk tea and Creme Brule Matcha.
You can customize your sweetness preferences, and there are plenty of flavor options available!
Service is friendly, and we got our tea within 5 minutes.
Looking forward to trying some other flavors during our next visit!

Take your money elsewhere. Me and my husband have been loyal gotcha boba drinkers for a year until now. They have a point system connected to your phone number and we have 88 points ($88 spent) and only needed 12 points for a free drink. Today (9/20/24), they said they restarted all their customers' points to zero, no reason provided, manager wasn't there to address it. We showed this to the cashier on the messages as proof. The cashier was not helpful at all explaining where our points went. She didn't seem to care or put an effort to find a solution.

It was our last time there as I don't trust their rewards system and they are getting greedy. Their prices are going up and they also put less of your drink when you ask for no or less ice.

There are many other boba places that will treat their customers better and deserve your business.

This location used to be great, but last few times front staff really didn’t deliver a good service unfortunately. She had no idea abt whats on the menu, knows nothing abt the difference of mixed tea etc. They need more training, had to buy two drinks to find the right one. Not sure will be back here again to be honest.
