If you ever think about boba, go to Gocha. This boba tea place ranks top for taste, friendly staffs, and variety of choices. The staffs take time to explain and recommend drinks based on my preferences. They also have chicken feet, which is a must-try. Their taro bun is amazing. I definitely will be back.

Service is not great , the girl at the register instead of selling and explaining the items was just staring at the door and made things way too awkward like she didn’t like us because we were not Asians or simply hated her life and job so I ended up buying nothing. Never again , one chance only and you blew it.

I have gone here 4 times, and the first 3 times that I have gone have been good experiences, the drinks came out quickly, made per order, and the workers were helpful.
The last time I went, I will not be going back, this is due to the person at the register staring behind me, not looking at me, or helping me at all. Not only that, but I waited for 20 minutes at least, watching multiple people that were behind me get their drinks first. It seems to be a trend that if you are not Asian or of that culture you will not be served.

On top of all of this, I didn't even receive my drink. I don't live close to this location, and when I am nearby I was thinking of going during work, 3-4 times a week, but due to this last experience I will not be going back.

This afternoon, I bought two cups of milk tea and a serving of chicken feet at the store. After eating one of the chicken feet at home, I discovered that the food had grown mold. Considering the challenges of running a business, I immediately went to the store and explained the situation to the owner, who promptly refunded the money for the chicken feet, a fairly positive response.
After returning home, I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and other discomfort, which I suspect were caused by eating spoiled chicken feet. This review isn't meant to be a source of blame, but rather to encourage the owner to take this as a warning and strictly enforce food hygiene regulations, ensuring proper storage and freshness control. After all, food safety is fundamental to business operations and ensures consumers can eat with peace of mind

The place was really good the reason I am leaving a one star is because when I asked was my smoothie accidentally made with bananas because it tasted like it and I’m allergic. instead of going to the back and asking someone she looked up my order said it didn’t have bananas so I started drinking it and my throat started hurting and I had to take a Benadryl. I wish they would have be more caring about my allergies. Please be very careful what you order from here.
