Take your money elsewhere. Me and my husband have been loyal gotcha boba drinkers for a year until now. They have a point system connected to your phone number and we have 88 points ($88 spent) and only needed 12 points for a free drink. Today (9/20/24), they said they restarted all their customers' points to zero, no reason provided, manager wasn't there to address it. We showed this to the cashier on the messages as proof. The cashier was not helpful at all explaining where our points went. She didn't seem to care or put an effort to find a solution.

It was our last time there as I don't trust their rewards system and they are getting greedy. Their prices are going up and they also put less of your drink when you ask for no or less ice.

There are many other boba places that will treat their customers better and deserve your business.

This location used to be great, but last few times front staff really didn’t deliver a good service unfortunately. She had no idea abt whats on the menu, knows nothing abt the difference of mixed tea etc. They need more training, had to buy two drinks to find the right one. Not sure will be back here again to be honest.

I love BOBA! Stop by after work, workout, yard work, library, park, Asian Grocery store nearby. Ube cake and che are must!

Didn't get to order anything. Cashier never returned to take my order. She asked was I ready from the kitchen. But no return.. I kinda felt unwelcome tbh..this was the shawnee location..I think I post to wrong store

Don’t recommend. They messed up my order and added egg pudding when I explicitly asked them not to. They then refused to remake my correct order when I pointed out their mistake. They said I would have to pay for a new one because their boss doesn’t allow them to remake drinks when they mess up. Which is a lie because the boss has remade my drink before when they have messed up in the past. They said their boss wasn’t hear today so it was a waste of $8. There are many other boba places that will treat their customers better and deserve your business

The store was cute but the staff were disorganized, not very helpful and didn't seem able to explain things clearly. The brown sugar cream cheese boba drink was good, but took a long time to get. If you are going to come, order online for pickup. It's much easier. We will probably not be back.

Jack helped us out today and recommended the Watermelon Passion Fruit Refresher. It was so fresh and went perfectly with the delicious chewy mochi Waffle. The grapes were giant, and the cream was light and airy

This is a cute place for some great Boba tea. I got the oreo strawberry smoothie with popping strawberry Boba. It was fantastic!

absolutely beautiful place the minute you walk in, the attendees were absolutely sweet, caring & generous, this is def a place you should support. and the cake cheesecake was super deliciiii & the boba didn’t even take 5 minutes to come out, beautiful souls deserve a good

My first time here & my card declined due to a loss reason & they gave it to me on the house so I could “try” it. The brown sugar boba was so delicious and so was the cheesecake !!!!!! I def
