I love Goodscents, but was highly disappointed with the quality of food with my recent visit. The meat quality was poor and the entire sandwich tasted dried out. I hope this was a one time thing, but it may take awhile for me to try it again.

The employees move at a lackluster pace and show zero urgency to get their job done. A routine sandwich took them 15 minutes to complete. On top of that I asked for a little extra mayo and they took it an extra mile instead and proceeded to top it in loads of mayo. When I asked for I asked for lettuce they out a garden. They have no business making sandwiches for Goodcents ever. It is a disgrace to the brand.
