I’ve noticed a shift at this place. Previously, the staff provided excellent service, but now a petite, slender server seems to be misleading customers into selecting the tip option on the payment screen without clear instructions, potentially tricking them into tipping more than intended. Tipping should reflect service quality, not result from unclear tactics. I dislike this petite Indian woman who has a nasty demeanor.
Closed at 745PM but maps show 8PM
Hides prices, which is a disgusting, anti-consumer practice.
Out of essential items for milkshake and did not mention when orders were placed.
Staff was rude, I ordered my drink and the guy just turned around didn’t even say a single word. I was waiting for my drink and paid but the employee asked me the tipping option and was staring at me so I tipped him and he didn’t say a single thank you. The whole interaction was done without a single word and didn’t even ask what size I wanted.

Wouldn’t redeem Haagen dazs rewards. Seems like a scam.

Rude staff. Even though Hagen-Daas corporate said they are supposed to honor the app, they refused. Then they made up a reason and said their “system wouldn’t allow it.” Avoid. Spend your money elsewhere.

Check your receipts, Indian guy with glasses adds random .99 to your bill. I bought a shake and he charged me for “wet toppings” when I didn’t order anything on top just a regular shake. Shady business now!

Ice cream delicious as always. There was a little miscommunication with order but they corrected it quickly.
The ice cream is great and the staff are very nice but almost 5 dollars for one pretty small scoop of ice cream and almost 9 dollars for a regular size shake is a bit on the high side.
Great customer service! And cookies
They gave the wrong item to my wife’s delivery driver. They blamed the driver for taking the wrong item. The store manager made excuses for the rude employee because she said my wife was rude for yelling at her employee. He yelled first and lied about his mistakes. Uber won’t refund the items. They won’t give us the correct items or refund us. Don’t use delivery services to order from these lying jerks.
