We had forgot about this place and it had Low Ratings 3.8-4.1 very low-but we tried it;
The Tephanki was decent, the Chef kinda shy not as Engaging as usual type of meal;
The thing that Brought my Rating down and told me don't go Back is they Add a Service Charge of 20% not explained on the Pricing Menus and then at time Bill is Presented Push for a Bigger added Tip; I'm a Good Tipper depending on service quality of food etc-usually min 15% to 30%-but it's My Decision not the Restaurant; it's a No No to slide and then Try to Double Dip;
They need to have a Focus planning and decide what Customers want and like; it may be why they have Low ratings and not very many Customers? Maybe they like it that way!
Won't be able to to back:
We had a nice experience. Food, drinks, service were great!
A great presentation and delicious.
Best sushi we ever had. We come here every 2 months! Lovely environment, nice people, cheap price! I would recommend it to everyone I know!
Went in for lunch and had the 2 roll lunch special. Pretty solid amount of sushi for the price and it was delicious
Awesome hibachi and fun chefs !
Red snapper is tilapia they need to change that on their menu. The food is cool the snow crab sushi roll saved them on this. I will try again for a final review
Quite disappointed it took staff 30 min to take our order food was bland and one of my friends ordered the red snapper they passed it off with Talapia
Awesome dining experience this evening! Made a reservation for Hibachi for 8:15pm and we were the only ones at the hibachi table. Quick service, food was delicious and made just for us! 10/10
Food and service were very good. We will be back

We waited about 30-45 mins just for the person to start cooking. The waitress was rude she said,"that if we didn't like it, we could leave." For two 9oz stakes, it cost us $45, and one of our stakes had the bone in it when the guy cooking handed us our food. The waitress never comes back after they start cooking, and we had to go find them just to get our ticket and boxes.

We tried this place pretty randomly since we happened to be in the area. It took a long time for someone to come to our table, and it was not busy. We sat for maybe 15 minutes before a boy named Aidan/Aiden took over (he was not supposed to be our server originally). He was very nice and when we asked for his name, he asked for ours as well (really surprised us). The food was very good but could’ve been cooked for a little longer. You could tell it had sat for a while. We were there on Labor Day and they were most likely understaffed. The atmosphere was very pleasant aside from the table near us which was pretty obnoxious. We also found a little room with an easel and amazing painting, so someone there is an artist for sure.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that leads up to the walkway in front of the doors.

Our chef didn't say a word the entire meal. Flat out ignored all of us. Food had little flavor. Rice was over cooked.

I ordered the Ginza Roll and the Deluxe Tuna Roll via Uber Eats on 6/15. The menu on Uber Eats lists crab as an ingredient in each Roll. When my order arrived I discovered that they used imitation crab, which I verified upon calling the restaurant after I realized it was imitation. Nowhere on their Uber Eats menu does it indicate that imitation crab is used (usually spelled Krab or indicated another way). This is really misleading and seems like a pretty shady way to do business. Not ordering from here again.
