Every single time I have gone to this Hardee’s my order has been wrong. We are from a small town without a Hardee’s and we are in the city due my daughter being in the hospital. She requested Hardee’s for breakfast because we absolutely love Hardee’s and again our order was wrong! I checked my order before leaving drive thru and realized that they forgot one of our sandwiches and our hash rounds were the wrong size. I went in and the manager said the lady working the window was new and I asked for the correct hash rounds that I ORDERED and I was told that I paid for a small and I would have to pay again for THEIR MISTAKE! I would have paid the difference, but the ATTITUDE from her was totally uncalled for towards a customer! Then, I get back to the hospital and I opened my breakfast sandwich and it was wrong!!! I informed her with the same attitude that I received that I will NEVER spend another dime at that location!

Came here after work one after an ordered a shake and a fry to take 3 blks away to my kiddo.. this older gentleman at the drive thru window took my order I paid he told me he was putting down my fries and goes to hand me my shake outta the window immediately. So I wait for my fries to finish cooking he then hands then to me by that time my shake has melted some and I still had a few blks to drive, so I asked him nicely if he could please make me another because this one is melting..He said well thats the first time I've heard of this..I said sir its my 1st time someone handed me ice cream while I wait for food to fry while it melts..He refused to make me a new shake so I asked him for a refund since he made a big deal out of a simple fix...you would've thought I asked him to go churn some homemade ice-cream and make a hand scooped shake..which we all know the machine is automatic. Ill never waste time or money at this location.

Ive been to this Hardee's 3 times each time the Fries were cold. The second time I requested fresh Fries and was straight told the weren't replacing them. So the third time I paid the little bit extra for curly fries thinking well maybe they'd have to make them fresh. Nope wrong answer. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. I'm also going to try and include a picture of what they consider curly fries.

Just got breakfast staff was quick and friendly! The new loaded omelet biscuits was great! Only reason food isn’t 5 stars is because the hash browns I got work not fully cooked and crispy. Shift leader on window and the person in headset both had amazing customer service. Will be back!!
