I used to love Hardee’s breakfast! That was the only thing I went there for but the last few times I went the food was horrible. I would have old bacon on my sandwich or the food would be cold and stale like it had been sitting all morning and it also would have a weird taste to it. I think it’s been almost a year since I’ve been back and decided to try them out again this morning. My breakfast was hot and fresh and was put together/packaged very nice and neatly. The staff was also very friendly. I didn’t take any pictures because the food was gone by the time I thought to take any. Maybe next time.

It’s maddening that a hamburger joint doesn’t have a single adult sized hamburger on the menu. The only way to get one is to special order a cheeseburger without cheese and I refuse to do that. It should be the other way around or there should be specific menu items that can only be hamburgers. When I said something about this the staff was very rude. I won’t be back to this location.

Hardee’s makes the absolute best southern biscuits in the world. And the gravy is scrumptious! The food is always hot and fresh! The chicken strips and hot ham and cheese sandwich are great alternatives when not in the mood for a burger! The staff is pleasant and efficient! Love my Hardee’s!!

VERY POORLY RUN RESTAURANT!!! VERY MEAN MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES. COULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE CHANGE FOR LARGE BILL IN THE MORNING! DID NOT MAKE US COMFORTABLE AT ALL. PRETTY MUCH WANTED TO RUN US OUT! PROBABLY WONT COME BACK AGAIN!!!

Two cars whipped in the drive thru before me. No big deal, before I could decide what I wanted, those two cars were pulling out with their orders. I ordered, took out some cash and the drive thru girl had to wait for me to pay. This is the first time I've ever had tell them to slow down at a drivethru. Let me count my money! For the love of French fries! These ladies move fast! This is not an exaggeration, two cars ahead of me and I had my order in under 3 minutes. How do they do that! Food was delicious!
We love their homemade fresh biscuits so we order the double loaded biscuit everything we hit them up for breakfast. Their chicken tenders come in fresh and hand dipped so they are so juicy my favorite for lunch time.

Normally I love this place and the food but today I was very disappointed. I always get a frisco but today my sandwich was cold and the meat was burnt and the bread was not toasted

I went into Hardee's on 10500 Metcalf Ave, on 12/4/2024. I was instantly greeted by the cashier apon walking in. My food took less than two minutes to come out to me and was hot and fresh.this facility had a very clean lobby and dinning room all in all was a very pleasant experience which is hard to say about most fast food establishments now a days

Here’s the thing: I’m a fairly easy-going and understanding person, especially when it comes to food service. Mistakes happen - nothing wrong with that - but it’s important to me that a restaurant owns their mistakes and tries to make things right. With that context - here was my experience at this establishment:
I have not eaten at Hardee’s in at least 20 years and wanted to give it another try, so I downloaded the app and drove to this location. Upon entering the store, I activated an offer on the app for 25% off one of the specialty meals. The in-app timer popped up telling me that I had 15 minutes to use the deal before it was gone.
When I got to the front, I ordered the relevant combo meal and mentioned the app coupon to the cashier, who then asked me to scan the QR code showing on my phone. I scanned the code, she said “whoops”, and then she asked me to scan the deal again. And then a third time. And a fourth.
After clearly failing to get the system to work correctly, the cashier then went to get an assistant manager. The assistant manager then told me the deal wasn’t working and showed it as “used” (even as the app screen is still showing the countdown timer and the coupon in showing on the screen). I asked if she could manually input the deal on their end or, if not, if she could get a manager to fix things. Reluctantly, she got the manager, who then slowly walked over to the counter looking pissed off at the inconvenience of being asked to speak with me.
I explained to the manager that I’d been asked to scan this several times, but had been told it wasn’t working and they couldn’t give me the deal. I showed her the coupon in the app (with the timer still running and the QR code still showing) and asked if she was able to manually give me the discount. She said that she has nothing to do with the app so she can’t fix it. I asked again if she would be able to honor the deal, and she said she was not going to. I then said that I would rather have my order cancelled if she wasn’t going to honor the deal, to which she said “good. Cancel his order. Next customer”.
The deal would’ve only been around a $4 difference, a drop in the bucket compared to the potentially much larger amounts of money Hardee’s could’ve made from me if I’d become a loyal customer. They neither tried to acknowledge or make up for their mistake, and instead they made it seem like I was the source of the problem.
Unfortunately for them, I live my life out of principle and spite. Just as I’ve boycotted Nebraska Furniture Mart for 5+ years due to an issue with their delivery service breaking my fridge and then refusing to accept responsibility when it failed the next week, I too will be boycotting Hardee’s for the rest of my life (mostly because I’ve heard their food is mediocre-at-best anyways).

Ordered online and went in to pick up order for me and co worker. Went in and the woman that helped me, not sure if she’s the manager or not, but she had a whole attitude. For what, idk. Pissed me off because I’m just picking up my food, if you don’t want to be there then go home. The hell! I went there a while ago and went thru the drive thru and I think I dealt with the same chick with an attitude. DO BETTER!!! The food was decent but still, customer service was horrible!!!!!!!

If I could rate zero stars after the awful rude woman I just spoke to, I would! Answered the phone with attitude and despite how calm and kind I was her attitude only increased. I would highly suggest management push for customer service training!
