Longtime fan, but this is my first review of the Hooters chain. I’ve been going to this location for the last 15 years. Its had its ups and downs, but the last 2 to 3 years have been great. Prices got a little high though. Food is good. Service is always decent. Bathrooms are always pretty clean. Today’s small order of wings and tots proved excellent though. I got the lemon pepper rub, bone in, breaded wings. Super crunchy. And very delicious. Got a few extra sauces on the side just to try them out. My service was great. My waitress was Sierra. She was super professional and kind. She got my food out to me quickly, piping, hot and crispy! I’ll definitely be back. There aren’t too many places that offer breaded wings anymore. Which is sad. The naked wings just don’t do it for me. Happy that Hooters still accommodates this. I definitely recommend this chain and especially this location.

I rarley write reviews much less a negatvie review on businesses. Serivce was not the best. Food took too long to arrive, wouldve made sense if it was busy but it was not. Server came around maybe two three times to the table. I understand having other tables to wait but we were charged for food we ordered but didn't even receive. I've been here in the past and never had this sort of issue. Sorry.

Terrible, took 15 minutes to get a beer, it was flat. Took another 10 minutes yo get second beer. Food came, ordered another beer and finished dinner with nothing to drink. No paper towels in bathroom…so no cooks we’re washing their hands. Will never return.

This was my 1st time back to a hooters in a while and I've had a great experience with Sydney! She made sure My glass was never empty and had a great attitude towards me and everyone around. It was hard to say considering how amazing the drinks were. Her service and overall personality will make this a place I continue to frequent.

I've been coming to hooters for the past 30 years and consider myself a regular! Sydney has made hooters amazing for me and so many others! She's the best bartender by far. She's fast, friendly, and handles the bar very well. She knows exactly what I drink when I show up and makes the service so much better!!! You rock syd! Come see her Tuesday mornings!!!!

Was there on a Wednesday night, and they had the bogo wing deal going on. I didn't see fried oysters on the menu.Had the most sensational waitress beautiful and smelt like vanilla. I don't remember her name, but I won't forget her. Thank you.

I’ve been a loyal patron of this Hooters for over 30 years. Friday and Saturday nights have become a routine for me here, so chances are, you’ll see me there if you’re there. Chandler, who tends the bar, is an absolute gem! Her warm demeanor, frequent check-ins, and prompt service ensure a great experience. While I used to see her every weekend, they’ve since rotated staff, which is disappointing. It’d be great to have her back on the busy nights; she handles the crowds with finesse and is the only one who can pour a proper Guinness. And let’s not forget about those crab legs! This is a hot take, but I think they’re unarguably the best in the Kansas City area!
