It has been several years since I've been to Houlihan's. The one in Olathe, KS closed a few years ago as well as the one in Fairway. I truly expected a better experience and it was mediocre at best. Our waitress was slow and not very attentive. We had to ask for her assistance every time we wanted to order anything. We wanted to order appetizers and she disappeared after dropping off our drinks. Same with ordering the main course. I had the scallops and they were very overcooked, which in turn made them tough. My husband and our friend were unable to eat their green beans as they were under cooked . I like a crisp green bean but even I felt like I was eating them right out of the bag highly unlikely to return to Houlihan's any time soon.

I was dining with a friend and had a wonderful evening of conversation and good food. Our server Allison was professional and friendly. Houlihan's is often our place to meet and I will definitely be asking to be seated in Allison's section next time!

Great place, conveniently located, good, consistent quality and quantity of food. Service was a little "off" this visit. Normally, it's very good. I haven't seen this waiter before so maybe he was just new, but he didn't exhibit the usual friendly attitude we usually see at this restaurant. Otherwise, another good meal for a decent price

I ordered the huge shrimp and they came out burnt and hard. I didn’t even eat them. Ask the waitress about them and she said that is the way they serve them. Awful!!
My partner and I went in for dinner and got a 3 course special our appetizers and desserts were great but my entree was very bland I got the shrimp scampi the sauce had no flavor and the shrimp had no seasoning I had it replaced with the chicken sandwich that was alright on top of that we had long a fairly long wait for everything our server was great and very atteive but no manger came by the table even though I had sent something back

Benjamin was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and quick. Only concern my father in laws food didn’t come out when ours did kitchen forgot to put it on. Other than that service was great. Highly recommend asking for Benjamin
