Great food, great prices and great service whether carryout or delivery
The food here is always hot and fresh and the people are very nice.
Food was good. Dinner special was enough. My husband actually went in to get food. His only comment was the whole place looked like it could use a good scrubbing.

While visiting a study site during a business trip, my hosts ordered lunch in for me from Jade bowl. I had the chicken with cashew nuts, which came with fried wontons and hot & sour soup. Food was tasty and portions was generous.
Ordered orange chicken and lo mein instead got DRY orange chicken and bowl of rice and burned crab Rangoon looked at reviews thought I'll try it big mistake.

They were fast and the food was really good.
I needed 17 orders of rice for a kindergarten party. Jade Bowl was awesome and was so friendly when it came to getting the order together. They even offered to open early so I could pick it up and get it to the class in time. Great customer service and the kids loved it. AAAA++++

The service seems decent, but the food is extremely bland. Tried 4 different dishes from different parts of their menu, everything tastes the same.Dishes which are indicated as being "spicy" are not even remotely spicy, again they taste the same as the regular dishes. The General Tso's has about as much spice as maple syrup on pancakes.
