Tacos, Tacos, Tacos! Went there this afternoon sometime between 3 and 4, and was pleasantly delighted with everything. 3 tacos, and not just your average size tacos, but pan friend, meat gorged, perfectly seasoned tacos, along with hot, moist, tangy Mexican rice and equally hot cheesy refried beans. Waitress was friendly, informative, prompt and smiled the entire time, food came out fresh, especially for that time of the day and all staff were eager to refill our chips, salsa, and drinks. Perfect! 100% I'm heading back, and the price was just right as well.Update 2023:Took my extended family to eat a larger variety of food outside of tacos and not one was happy with the quality of food. Of course I ate the taco plate and was happy as always. But after taking a brief survey of family I trust if you're not in it for the tacos you might look around for something different.

Servers were nice but food was disgusting. Not the traditional Mexican restaurant. Chicken tasted like damp cardboard. Absolutely no seasoning at all. The nachos is just bag Mexican cheese melted on top of meat and chips. I wanted to like the place but it was nasty. They still made me pay although I didn’t like the food. It was barely touched

Still my favorite Mexican restaurant in the KC area. Excellent food and service with terrific prices. We generally get the cheese and onion enchilada and soft chicken tacos, but their chicken quesadillas, burritos, and chicken wings are also good. They have a rewards card that we love as regular customers. It is a great place for special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries.

Words cannot express how fantastic this place is. I went the first time yesterday with coworkers and I now have a new favorite Mexican restaurant.The chips and salsa start you out on a fantastic note and the service only makes the experience better. We never ran out of fresh chip and our drinks were never empty.The place is popular so make sure you get there early and parking is a smaller lot so be prepared to not park next to the building.

If you’ve never had Mexican food outside of Johnson County KS I’ll cut you some slack. Otherwise, this food is embarrassing. Under seasoned meats. Too much cheese that isn’t Mexican cheese. Lots of mush that has nothing to do with authentic Mexican food. So disappointing.
