Joe took care of us today, he was awesome! Extremely patient, very kind, and had great suggestions on what to eat.
He was totally right about the burnt end sandwich, btw. I highly recommend it WITH crispy onions.
He even brought our food over and made sure we were settled. I love this place, and I definitely give them 5 stars.

A great place for sandwiches, but always check your carry out..three times things were left out of my order! Bummer!! They also happen to one of only a few places that sell Corn Beef and Pastrami!! Why? It's sO delicious 😋.

Disappointing experience with the team this evening. I had a pickup order for just two dozen cookies. When I inquired about the order, I was told it was being packed and would be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. This store used to provide excellent service, but today they let me down. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Joe and Manager Ryan completely took care of my severe gluten allergy. To include not dipping into Mayo and instead gave me Mayo packets. Also instead of giving me a .Gf treat from the cookie bin, they went and got a non-contaminated one. They were so amazing to deal with. Oh and also they changed gloves right in front of me. You guys are awesome!!

Ordered a turkey wrap with Bacon. Received a one slice bacon wrap with avocado and lettuce. Paid extra for boiled eggs to go with our salad and did not receive them either.

I've eaten here 4 times, and 3/4 times I've gotten very sick right after for several days. I work from home, so I don't really have any other exposure other than getting food. Either their food is improperly stored, not cleaned right, or they still make sick employees work when sick. SOMETHING has to be going on. I'd really rather not risk getting ill again.
