Walked in at 8:20 pm. tonight and 1 other person is in the store. I ordered immediately and waited for a full 15 minutes to get the one sandwich. People waiting in the car. No excuse. Horrible service. Won't be back. Take's a lot for me to leave a bad review. Update: Sent in a complaint form about the service I received and 7 Days later still have not received a response. Apparently this is how they do business or they just don't care

Love this place! Best customer service, always so helpful! And they have the BEST gluten free bread! They are also super safe about cross contamination, change gloves, special knife etc! Sandwiches are super delicious, love the Italian! Go easy on the sauce if you don't want it too messy! Lots of free parking. Clean with lots of seating! 5 stars awesome service with a smile! 😋☺️😀

I stood at their counter for 5 minutes and none of the four employees ever made eye contact or acknowledged that I was there or even said hello. I gave up and walked out. Not sure what was going on. I was very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone.

I asked for a wrap they put it on bread. So I had to reiterate I wanted a wrap. The middle aged lady doing the toppings gave much attitude when she asked what I wanted on my wrap. I asked for onion she literally put like2 slivers. I repeated multiple times what I wanted and she kept saying what like she couldn’t hear. The wrap was poorly wrapped. She had a horrible attitude. The girl who rang up my food was the only one with a decent attitude. My first time here and I won’t be back.
