Literally every time I go through the drive thru, which is not often, my order is wrong, I mean everytime. Simple order--the meat and cheese with lettuce the oil/vinegar seasoning and pickles--that's all. I reiterate each time---that's all I want on the sandwich. Never happens. I'm done.

This Jimmy John’s is truly wild. It’s basically open whenever they feel like it, sometimes the drive thru is closed and you go to go inside and the door is locked and you have to bang on it until someone lets you in cuz you placed an online order they didn’t know about, stuff like that. The JJ over on Metcalf is like, totally fine. This one is pure chaos and should be avoided. The one silver lining is all the kids who work there are always super nice.
