This Jimmy John’s is truly wild. It’s basically open whenever they feel like it, sometimes the drive thru is closed and you go to go inside and the door is locked and you have to bang on it until someone lets you in cuz you placed an online order they didn’t know about, stuff like that. The JJ over on Metcalf is like, totally fine. This one is pure chaos and should be avoided. The one silver lining is all the kids who work there are always super nice.

I stopped ordering for over a year because I could never get a correct sandwich. Ordered today and again said no onion (I am allergic) once again got my sandwich loaded with onions. I will not be ordering ever again

Only 1.5 stars for a Jimmy Johns? I haven't read the other reviews yet but I'm guessing it has to do with speed. I live really close to this location and recently I was really craving a Jimmy John's sandwich for lunch. I figured it would be super fast to get to me, but it took SO LONG. My order was thankfully correct, but the app was pretty abysmal with updates and for being as close as I was, It should have been much faster. For a company that claims to be "freaky fast" I feel like this location should really work on this. Overall the sandwiches are still great, typically JJ sandwich and no complaints there, but part of the appeal of this place is to be fast and get a quick meal, when it's not fast it definitely impacts the overall experience.

HORRIBLE customer service. Bought almost $200 worth of food. Ordered 3 hours ahead of time for a delivery for 12:45- ACROSS THE STREET.. pre tipped 20%. But at 1:10 we still had no food. Called the store 5 times with no answer. Drove over to the store and the guy acted like it wasn’t a big deal, refused to call the driver to find out why it’s now taken 25 minutes + to deliver less than 1 minute away.

Get your baking time and temperature right! Your bread is always hard as a rock on the bottom! It literally cuts my mouth under my tongue, your bread is otherwise tasty and you guys typically get sandwich orders right, which seems to be an impossibility for so many sandwich shops these days! From what I'm gatheringthe temp you're baking your bread at is just barely too high and is baking for too long. ??

When I walked in the lady came from the back didn't say hello or anything. When looking at the menu I said I had never been here before so when I ordered I didn't know I had options! Very disappointed in my whole experience.
