We ordered lunch for our staff from here. I called after 45 mins of waiting for the food. They were very rude on the phone. They first told me that we have never ordered from them and didn't have the order I placed online. Then they came back and said Oh, your order is with the delivery guy. They had no idea where the order was and when it would be here. So an hour rolls by and I call again to just get a refund that way we can just order them something faster since we waited so long. Paul gets on the phone and first, blames me for ordering so many subs. Tries to tell me everything else under the sun that does not hold them accountable for what is going on. We have ordered from other Jimmy johns and they have been so helpful and communicate with us about our orders when we call about the time and are very polite. This one just wasn't willing to help. THEN when the guy finally did show up he was rude as hell! just tossed the box to my assistant and mumbled something and left. The food was all made wrong and I was embarrassed to give it to my staff at this point. We have allergies and things we have to worry about here and since the food was all made wrong we cannot eat it.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST, STAFF IS RUDE, MANAGER ALEXZANDER WAS RUDE AND DIDNT CARE MY ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSEING AT 3 PM. HE WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK ABOUT THE MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS TOMOATES AND LETTUCE, MY WRAP WAS CHICKEN CHEES EAND A LOT OF MAYO..... IT WAS A HOT MESS!!!!!! HE STATED THEY ARE OUT OF LETTUCE, BUT DIDNT CALL TO TELL ME THIS, A WRAP HAS LETTUCE IN IT..... HE SAID HE CANT DO ANYTHING OR VOID THE TRANSACTRION ACOUNT AND BASICLY HUNG UP ON ME.

I had BURNT buns so I called and got a new sub THEN the new subs I got were dryer then the dessert there was no lettuce or mayo, just ham and cheese!! If I could have I would have gave this location ZERO stars!!

Well, good experience when open!However last two times we have tried to get a sandwich, they were closed because of staff shortage, and today closed because there was no Wi-Fi? Either way, food is good and staff helpful, but never know if they will be open.

Something seriously wrong with this location. Wow! Watched a young lady chased out of the store by a woman claiming to be the manager who was screaming at her because the store was out of tomatoes. Don’t understand why that would create that kind of reaction. I understand that it is hard to find help, but this person who claimed to be the manager looked and acted dangerous despite her pink hair. I would avoid this location. Never seen anything like this.

I ordered through the drive through on 4/4 and was a little frustrated with the wait to place my order. However as soon as I was at the drive through window I realized there was only one person working. He was moving so fast putting food together (and not cutting corners or being sloppy) possibly for pickup orders? When he came to the window he could have been rude and short but instead he was very polite and apologetic! Excellent customer service under what I am guessing wasn’t an ideal working situation. Called the store to give positive feedback and they gave me the employee name. Thank you Braden for keeping your cool under the circumstances and for the great tasting sandwich!!

Sign on door said drive-thru only…sat in drive-thru line for 20 mins. Eventually gave up and pulled forward to discover no one was actually working drive-thru.

I love Jimmy John's but this place is always drive thru only lately. Which is incredibly frustrating when you do online orders for pickup and have to wait in a line of cars for people making orders even though you select the food to be left by the door. Freaky slow.

Slow, order is often wrong or incomplete. Today we sat in the drive through only to find out they’re closed due to staff shortage (but no signage). Terrible compared to all the other good and reliable locations!

2nd time I have ordered delivery from this location and nothing was delivered. There is no manager on duty and they refuse to turn off the app when they have no driver or to allow doordash to fill the order.

This may only be a problem with door dash, but I have ordered from here twice not received my food and when I go to get a refund it tells me to call the store. When I do call them, they will never pick up and they don't have a mailbox set up so I can't leave a message. Its infuriating I've lost 20ish dollars that I can't get back and I can't even get ahold of the store to ask if i can just pick it up myself.
