This food was absolutely disgusting. The turkey had fibers sticking out of it, it was very discolored, and dry as a bone. I ate this sandwich about 1 hour ago, I very much hope I do not get food poisoning from it, because it seems likely. I will never go to this jimmy John’s again after multiple bad experiences. I’ve had enough of the rude and unsanitary employees.

I placed a curbside pick up order, waited outside, checked in, 20 mins go by and no order. I walked in behind a white man, the lady got his order and began preparing it. Totally ignored me for 4 minutes until the other lady completed his order and handed it to him. Didn't even look my direction and said, and I quote, "You got a pick up?" I said yes and had to repeat my name twice before she threw some meat down on the counter and grabbed the bad with my food and handed me some cups with no words or eye contact. I'm not gonna go into the quality of the food. I will never go here again and advise anyone and everyone else not to as well until there is a change of employees, atmosphere and service.

Super fast and great customer service! I ordered the #2 Big John as an Unwhich lettuce wrap, chips & an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.

The roast beef was excellent and everything had great flavor and was very fresh. The cookie was soft and moist. It took less than 5 min from the time I began placing my order and paying to receive my to-go sandwich!

Update on 10/30/2024: I appreciate your reply to my review. However, I don't appreciate the redundancy of asking me to do another review to get the attention of the Franchise Owner. I encourage YOUR TEAM to reach out and contact the Franchise Owner and express either my 5 star review to the service, food and atmosphere and/or my dismay and personal 1 star annoyance to the request to submit another review on the JJ ataboy website. Boooo to the Franchise Owner if this is what they are requesting or what they're superiors are requesting. How would they feel if asked to do something you already did that you didn't have to do in the first place? Not cool.

I ordered the Tom turkey sandwich and asked for half of a sandwich and got a whole one, ask for and paid for cheese and it was not on the sandwich, asked for banana peppers and got hot, jalapeño peppers, and there was only a slice of paper thin turkey on it. The sandwich was handed to me wrapped but no offer for a bag and when I asked for napkins I was ‘pointed’ to the general area where they were kept. The person who tried to take my order knew very little to no English. When the other To the register to take my order, he was so abrupt, and I found him Unintelligible and somewhat rude. I will never I repeat never go back into that shop again and I would encourage anyone who’s reading this not to go in there either.

Customer service at this location is awful. Seems like management is the problem because I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always the same experience. Literally had seven people in there “working” but only one making food while a line of customers were waiting on their order. Appeared that the employees were there to socialize rather than work.

There seem to be two teams that work here. Dante is the the sandwich king. Definition of freaky fast and freaky good. The lady that was managing tonight though was rather unfriendly and had the restaurant practically shut down at 7. No tea, no chairs, and half the lights were off.

Dante is the man! Welcomed us as we walked in near closing time. We were coming from a soccer tourney and my daughter was hungry! Helped us with the topping options and our choice of sandwich. Asked my daughter if they won (a tough draw) and how she played. Then we got on the topic of Caitlin Clark and the uprise of Women’s sports. Dante made my daughter’s thoughts of the game disappear and brought a smile to her face, and food hit the spot. Thank you Dante! There are great people in this world ??
