Food was to be expected, wasn’t greeted or asked what I want. The lady at counter just stared at me, I said hi and she didn’t even respond lol. It was a fine experience outside of that awkward

Jimmy Johns always hits prefer it over subway, firehouse subs, and planet subs due to the servings size and price. The taste is always good to! Pair it with a smoothie from smoothie king a block away and its a good sunday!

The good: Open until 10 PM (many are only open until 9) and the ingredients are fresh and top notch. The bad: The sandwich was bone stock, without the customizations I ordered through the app. It was good, but could have been better, and for $17 it should be. The ugly: Dark location, awkward for curbside. The front of the store is elevated several feet and separated from the parking spaces by a rail. If I park at the end of the rail, where the front walk is level with the parking space, I'm not visible from the store. Doh! My ex has turned me on to JJ. Now I just gotta find a location that's open and consistently accurate. (Her's is open until 11... Lucky!)

Second time I have ordered delivery from here on the mobile app. Both times, did not send napkins, did not send the mayo and mustard packets I requested, and did not adhere to the customizations on the sandwiches.

This location consistently fails to perform, I've eaten here 2 or 3 times - I eat at Jimmy John's almost daily.Every time I get a sandwich here they seem to screw something up, today was no exception. After reading the reviews this location seems to be known for sub-par performance.The staff is definitely more concerned with laughing and their internal dialog than they are with providing good service to customers.Clean it up guys.

Placed online order 3 subs. One of the 3 came with cheese when wasn’t suppose to. Wasn’t cut in half and didn’t have any oil or vinegar on it. How hard is it to make a sandwich.

Ordered ahead by 15 minutes. Got to the store to still wait for 20 minutes for my food. This place is a joke of a Jimmy John's. Fix your staffing issue and maybe open before 11am so online orders can submit them sooner. I've never seen a JJ's in such a mess behind the counter.

I've ordered delivery 3 times from this place and the food took over 2 hours the first 2 times, and the third time I had to call them after an hour, just for the Employee to tell me that they cancelled my order due to no drivers. Place will be closed soon.
