Great location for Jose Peppers. The servers and bartenders and friendly and helpful. Very busy, but despite their high volume, they do a fantastic job during the dinner rush. Great place for Mexican food in OP.

I would like to provide a better review, but this is a "buyer beware" for take out. ALWAYS check your order at pick up. We've had bad luck on this topic on average. The aggravating thing is they cut portions considerably. The espinaca dip is literally 1/2 the size of an order eating in and they don't disclose this and it is not reduced in price. The really disappointing part is the food is usually already cold even though we are there early and are waiting for it the moment it comes up. I think they may have changed owners - something has changed. This used to be a great "go-to". Same thing with the store in Olathe, Kansas. We've tried both with the same results.

Great restaurant but many of the waiters are not named Jose. Somewhat misleading if you ask me. Otherwise a great place to eat and drink
First and foremost, the restaurant was filthy. It was trip hazard filthy. All the walkways were covered in trash and this oily substance which almost caused me to trip. This place would have easily failed a safety inspection that night.
Second the service was unorganized. My tip went out to someone who only took my check and returned the change, this person didn't wait my table once. Shared tip system? Not sure but odd.
Food was okay, as I expect from run of the mill tex mex. Chips decent and food decent. Due to the unsanitary conditions I would steer clear until they get a grip.

The stars are for the service. It’s efficient and timely; not so often as to interrupt yet we always feel attended. Food is excellent I just personally like lower cal menus. It’s frequented by older people, and I’m an older people! We go every week.
