They are good people, the food is not bad, commercial but well prep and clean, this place is good for weekends and have some fun watching the futball you can bring your kids and the entire family. I want to mention the exceptional work of Makayla, she was very busy and very attentive, I hope this place keep going in the same way, not bad at all. This is one of the BEST Jose Peppers I have ever been to. The staff is so attentive and sweet, the drinks are amazing, the espinaca is just so perfect and their chips really are the best. They blow the competition out of the water! The hostess was incredible and my server was so great!

Came for a nice comfortable lunch out of the heat but service was low quality, Waiter spilled tge chips and salsa, delivered food with hot pad in half the enchilads, the a/c wasn't working well, the music was too loud. Mostly a low quality place.

Sketchy card processing situation.
Was charged a tip for a to go order (which was not tipped on, due to the employee being extremely rude upon pick up) we called to express our concern, and were told by the employee that sometimes they don’t read the receipts when entering tips, and will get tips mixed up on receipts that may be for the same amount. (???) Although the $3 tip was refunded, the response from the employee was discomforting and unprofessional regarding why this had happened. A business should not be charging cards Willy Nilly when entering in tips.
He also said no one would do this intentionally on their staff, but it seems to us they may have, considering the less than stellar interaction with the employee during pick up.
