A recent YouTube video tells of the benefits of Mexican cactus for diabetics. I wasn’t able to find anywhere online that shows the availability of cactus, but I really like the local Machos. Upon arrival I asked the staff if there were any cactus dishes available. They enthusiastically produced a fried cactus dish that I couldn’t find on the menu, and it was really good! I’m looking forward to consuming a massive tonnage at this place in Olathe. Well done guys!
It seems like standard Mexican fare to me. My wife says it is her favorite, just not my cup of tea. Maybe too much red sauce and few cheese choices. It’s not bad but again. Since it is her favorite, yes we have been going quite often and it’s not bad. Perhaps it is more “Mexican” style. If that is your taste, you should be right at home.
