Everything absolutely AMAZING!!! Highly recommend trying everything you won't go wrong! Staff were awesome, super friendly and very helpful!! Also pop up event was awesome chefs were going around talking to everyone! food came out super quick too! Will be back very soon!!

My Wife and I had KC Craft Ramen tonight. We had the iron skillet pork fried rice, KC pork buns and takoyaki... Let me tell you, it is the second time we have been and it is DELICIOUS!! Thank you for bringing part of the beautiful Japanese culture to Kansas City. The food, atmosphere and hospitality is second to none!! Definitely has become a favorite of ours.

I stopped into KC Craft Ramen last weekend and was delighted! The food was fantastic! I ordered the KC Red Ramen and Brussel Sprouts. Both were delicious. The service was fantastic and the decor/atmosphere were phenomenal.

Had a great take out experience with @kc_craft_ramen and @yelp.
I was always planning on getting to go but also they were on a 30 minute wait on a Saturday 30 minutes after they opened! So plan accordingly and it is 100% with the wait.
I got the spicy miso ramen as a to go. The noodles, pork, and all topping were in the top part of the container with the amazing broth underneath. ?. Everything stayed just as it needed to as I drove home. The flavors were great. The miso in the broth was different than other ramens I have had and it added a depth with the spice that was great. The homemade noodles were tender and soft perfect for the broth.
We also got the curry pork. The curry sauce I could eat on anything. Service was great and the environment is welcoming.

This is top tier ramen and great service! They also have guest chefs periodically, offering their own unique recipes. There is often a line, but it moves quickly and is definitely worth it.
Would definitely come back here. Although I’m a picky eater, you can take things off of for what you don’t like and I really enjoyed the authentic Japanese style.

When I went there 30 minutes before opening on Saturday, there was no one in line, but 10 minutes before, there were about 30 people in line. This time I ordered miso ramen and rice, and the miso was rich and delicious. I just thought it would be nice to have shichimi. Last time I ate KC Black, it had a bit of a pork bone smell and was delicious. I also thought it would be nice to have ramen pepper.
