I see this place everyday on my way to and from work. I finally caved and went in to try it and I absolutely LOVED it!!! The pretzels were so soft and delicious (I wanted more Salt, but that's just my preference) they had multiple cheese sauce options and they even let me try them to help make a decision! 10/10 will go again!!

We tried the regular soft pretzel, cinnamon pretzel, and cheese brat. The brat itself was good, but the pretzels here are awful. They are bland and difficult to chew. Worst soft pretzels we have ever had. We didn’t even bother trying to finish them. A waste :(

Worse thing I’ve ever eaten . I was so excited to try them for the first time because the pictures looked so good and like the food was fresh , they had great reviews . But I’m Highly disappointed, I got the chicken andouille and a pup. My breading for both of them were rock solid hard , and the meat were extremely dry. Couldn’t finish it .

Very good experience. They made fresh pretzels at my request. I wish they would use butter on the pretzels, but it was still good. Also, they don't give you puny hot dogs and brats. I don't know if they give veterans discounts. I will definitely come back.

I have been blown away by how delicious the pretzels are in the Kansas/Missouri area so I have been on a mission to try them all!I was disappointed by this stop. It was just a pretty bland, boring, dry-ish pretzel with cheese. I saw some parents bring their kids in after school, I'm sure this is perfect for that type of situation. As for finding the best pretzel in town? The search continues. Friendly staff though!
They made pretzels for my son's 1st birthday. They were a huge hit. The jalapeno cheese dip is amazing. 10/10 recommend.
