In my head it’s late…. Only 8:15 or so really. Still I wanted to grab something quick since I’ve not eaten yet. KFC felt like a …?fast food that’s a little ? More like real food. These days I look at a drive thru menu and… it seems insane. So I go for the 2pc option listed as $5.99 or so. The person on the speaker is hard to understand, and seems to be in a rush… any how, it took a bit to feel as if she had my order. I’ll point out that my eyes are just fine and I couldn’t see clearly what was offered for the price….. and the “your total is…” portion was unclear. Once I’m at the window… it turns out my total is actually $10.46…? I assume I was confused some how… pay because, idk. I’ve worked food/service industry…. Been a while still, it always sucks to have a costumer fuss at you. I get my food, drink…. I have to request a receipt.. I paid w my card shouldn’t that be assumed? Idk…drive off.
Drive a few blocks over to my next stop to nibble before I go it and…? What’s this? Bread-ok

2-chicken…. A back and….? I assume that’s moment to be a wing? It’s beyond tiny. Probably a reasonable balance for a larger-ish back portion it’s not 2-micro wings or a leg & micro-wing. I’ve never seen a restaurant serve such a tiny piece. Any where. Idk that I’ve ever cut up a chicken resulting in anything close either.

Here’s the thing…. I rarely eat out. Based on the cost alone. When I’m left feeling robbed of my $ and nipped on my food….

Why bother. It kills me to think that in my mind I was allowing myself a treat.. splurge. This being the result.

(Edit) I’m seriously disappointed in myself for not checking out the reviews 1st!!! In general the numbers are low… w/ the exact same complaints over and over again.
How do these guys stay open? Taco Bell meister be killin it over there! Something!

Ordered 8 PC family meal online for pickup and when we got home we realized we had no napkins, no butter, no honey and very not full container of mashed potatoes.
Wasn't worth going back but will be sure to ck before we leave the store next time.

Order mobile pickup and on the label it stated my meal was double checked by I still missing items....if the workers are not happy working a fast food job go somewhere else we are paying to much money to not be able to have a great meal

Ordered a 2 person combo meal to take to my daughters work for us to have lunch together. Drive thru pick up, even tho my app said the food was ready from an order placed 18mins earlier, it wasn't. Was told to pull up. Food was brought out no receipt of what was packed, just put in a plastic bag. No honey mustard sauce for the tenders which was ordered, no napkins. No silverware for the two sides to eat them and the crowning touch, a black hair in the mac and cheese. Tried calling them multiple times, no answer! Frustrated!!!!! I'd add a photo, but threw it out cause I was so disgusted as I'd eaten half of it already. And no, I don't have black hair!

Helpful with what to order for what we needed. Chicken was great! However, the mac and cheese tasted bad! Did you opt for a cheaper sauce or something? May want to rethink that decision

This is outrageous!there was hair on the chicken and the taste was nasty,when we came in we ordered 16 piece original chicken but instead they gave me the wrong order!! The way the workers were treating me was horrible and they don’t know how to cooperate with customers and the services was horrible.

My brother was throwing up and got sick from eating that,they should give me a refund for that.

Food was absolutely cold and horrible. No butter or honey, no utensils or napkins. The extra crispy chicken had no flavor just plain tasting.. KFC use to be sooo good. I think it's just this one. This is the second time for us and we won't ever eat here or order from here again.. Poor customer service..

W Skylar. She honored my app offer. For some reason my deal didn’t work, I spent $7 when it required a dollar for a chicken sandwich. I explained it to her and she went and made me a chicken sandwich. Fix the KFC app. I am excited to eat
