I have eaten bad kFC in Kansas City area, but this combo KFC/Taco Bell is the WORST! My wife and I went for a late lunch after a funeral. The young woman at the KFC counter was obviously irritated that she had to come to the counter and wait on us. I ordered a three piece dinner, dark meat, with mashed potatoes for the side. No greeting, no thank you, and when the food came, no honey sauce or butter sauce. I had to return to the counter to ask for it and wait an additional three minutes to even get to ask for it! One worker came out, ignored me and went to get a drink at the soda machine, walking right past me both coming and going. Finally the original server came to the counter and I asked for honey and butter for the biscuit. Again, no thank you, not even the smallest effort to make it appear she wasn't bothered she had to wait on me... Then I sat down to eat. Opened the box and yuuuccck! The chicken looked like it had been cooked in VERY dirty grease, or was put back in the grease a second time to warm it up. _Extremely_ dark skin, literally with the texture of hard cardboard! No taste from the 'original' spices at all! The meat was VERY dried out. The chicken leg was the size of a squirrel leg, and the outer edges of meat were just as inedible as the cardboard skin! This chicken had either been sitting for many hours after cooking way too long, or was cooked multiple times to re-serve old food that should have been discarded!. But at least the server was borderline rude... Then my wife, who went to the Taco Bell side to order because she thought it would be better, came back with her small chicken enchilada burrito and some cinnamon twists. I call them that because that is how they were listed on the menu. But another YUUCK! Absolutely NO sugar or cinnamon on them. The inside on some of them was almost doughy. I really don't get how a fast food combo restaurant like this can be SO BAD and still be in business! But I did note they no longer had a Pizza Hut there as they used to when we would jokingly call it Kentacohut. If this is a franchise, shame on the absent owners. If this is a corporate store, managers all the way up the chain need to be dismissed for incompetence. The third possibility is that it is managed, like many KC metro area fast food restaurants, by an utterly incompetent and NOT customer friendly management company! What ever the case, eat, or try to choke down marginal food, at your own peril!!!
Very pricy, good less than adequate. Did not get order right, chicken and fries were not fresh. Disappointing to say the least. Got home and found order to be incorrect, called the store but they did not care. 119th and Metcalf.

$30 for a chicken meal for three people and it felt like we were rationing food stuck on a deserted island. This is the most money I’ve ever spent for this little amount of food.
STOP. NO MORE REVIEWS PLEASE. I have medical issues i have not had before. Thanks Bryan
Had to have been the tiniest tenders I've ever had. Pretty sure I've had some boneless wings as big as those. This is not value even at 5 bucks. The snippy order taker and having to go around the drive through twice for my sauce they forgot was the least of my troubles with this experience. I'm glad I have a Popeyes near me that rubs this place's nose in the dirt.

The cleanest KFC/Taco Bell u have ever been to in my life, it was literally a 3 story restaurant. Only complaint was the girl at the register, super rude and negative
Parking: There was plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: It was friendly enough, but not too kid friendly

I used the drive-through and ordered a two piece meal. While I was at the window, I asked for two packets of grape jelly to go on my biscuit. I paid and left the parking lot. When I was at my destination I opened my meal, the chicken was extra crispy and tasted good. I looked around in the bag for the grape jelly, and it wasn't there. I picked up the biscuit and it felt really moist and soft (unlike any KFC biscuit I've ever had). It was in the middle, as noted in the picture. It was not cooked. I guess the fact that the window person didn't add the two grape jellies that I asked for only seconds earlierwas good because I couldn't eat a raw biscuit. This was the first time in a long time that I used this particular KFC. It's probably gonna be a long time till I ever use it again as well.

I recently visited this KFC, and at first it seemed fine as I waited for my order. But when I received my order the chicken was soggy and the fries were undercooked and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. You might say that's not that bad, and it wasn't. Its fast food what can you expect? But the worst part is that the kitchen caught on fire! Yes, you read that right. The fryer apparently malfunctioned, and before anyone knew it, there were flames shooting up and the hot oil from the fryers only made the fire worse. The staff seemed completely unprepared and panicked, running around without any clear plan.
Within minutes, the fire alarm was blaring, and we were all evacuated. The firefighters arrived quickly and managed to put out the fire, but the whole experience was terrifying and chaotic. I can’t believe how poorly managed this location is. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

There are two female workers who are not so kind. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken, and I had 11 pieces. KFC need training workers more, I ask one thing and she told me " Do you have a problem?" Not " may I help you?".

I haven't dined in at this location in many years. But I recently picked up a large bucket meal to share with my parents from the drive thru and considering the amount of food I ordered the service was remarkably fast. And also very friendly.

Great food, as usual from KFC. Probably the nicest one I have been to. Slight problem with the ordering machine but not a huge deal.
