I stumbled across Kitch via a Google search, and boy am I glad! Meals are adequately priced, delicious, and contain good ingredients. The portion size is good, and the meals keep me full. Prices are appropriate when you take into consideration the meals are fresh, creative, and super tasty! Macros are acceptable, usually high protein and med-high carbs. Some meals have higher fat content (20+ g) but I don't mind that for the quality of the food. I am very pleased with my first purchase and will be returning.

So far my husband and I have come here twice. The food is properly proportioned, it is also very filling, and taste amazing. You can also tell that the place is kept cleaned and organized. Both times we experienced amazing customer service from Jay. Who greets us immediately when we walk through the door. He has extensive knowledge about the company, the membership program, the preparation of the food, and is always able to answer our questions. Between the delicious food, the clean and organized buisness, and Jay's customer service it makes this place worth coming back to everytime. We can't wait to tell all of our coworkers about this place.

I am so glad I saw this place in OP! Its like the answer to my healthy, ready-to-eat meals dilemma! I started getting these meals because I needed a change and an easy meal solution as I'm a caretaker for a couple of disabled family members. I don't have a lot of extra time for grocery shopping and cooking, but I also need to eat healthy and keep my blood sugar stable as I'm diabetic. I'm also a bit of a picky eater, so I LOVE that you can view the meals on the website without having to commit to a plan first. I only got 6 meals the first time, but after eating my first meal, which was the Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu, I realized that I'm going to need these meals for all of my lunches and dinners. I have tried a few other food/meal delivery services and I either didn't like the options, or they were crazy expensive, or I had tummy issues after eating them. Not the case with Kitch meals. So delicious, so fresh, so tasty. It doesn't taste reheated, it doesn't taste like "health food", and I'm not left feeling unsatisfied or hungry afterwards. Kitch meals are perfectly proportioned deliciousness.

Thrilled to say the least that i found this place! I always hated that typical meal prep programs, you had to enter your Credit card first, THEN you can see the meal options & pick some out. As a picky eater, this was never good for me. Thankful for kitch they show you what they offer and can go in and pick everything out! i LOVE that! They truly care about taste and customer service. Im a repeat customer now!

New Update: I lost 3 pounds the first week eating only these meals. if meat is chewy or crispy, it's not bad....simply put your meal in for 2 minutes and not 3. almost all the meals are delicious. the pulled pork and mac n cheese is sooo good. I saw a few negative reviews complaining about the quality of the food and ranting how they use canned vegetables. I tried the meals and they're perfectly good. I cook quite a bit and went to culinary school. I can assure you the vegetables are not canned. the pot roast is proof and it is absolutely delicious. I'm a dog trainer for my profession though. Lately my dog training sessions got so booked up, I don't have time to cook. These are great. When you buy through the website, you are able to view macros for your diet. I've never tasted prepared dishes that are actually good. If you're a fan of my99protein, that's great for you but don't cut down another company just because you're a faithful member somewhere else. My99protein may be good priced but you can't try their meals before you buy and not everyone likes certain ingredients. you don't get to pick your meals since their menu is constantly updating. I like the consistency of Kitch and they keep their same dishes but add a couple new ones every so often. Also don't lie about a company and accuse them of using canned vegetables. The lady up in overland park, knows the cooks and assures that they're very mindful of what they put in. To some of you picky reviewers.....You're probably used to 5 star restaurants lol and unhealthy meals. these will taste less flavorful because they're using less sodium and little to no sugar. It's literally how meals should taste, it's how we're supposed to eat but everyone is used to eating processed foods loaded with sodium and sugars. These meals are delicious but just like with any other product, you might get one out of the batch that doesn't taste that great. It's that way with everything. I don't think the chefs would risk using bad meat or vegetables. My guess is if it spoils quickly, it means it's high quality ingredients with little to no preservatives. I think they're delicious .

Easy and convenient. I used this for meal prep when I was training for a marathon and had zero time to deal with shopping and cooking myself. Everything I ordered was delicious and pickup was super easy. My only complaint was some of the meals weren't as filling as others but for 400-550 calories really can't complain too much. Will be starting this up again now that I'm back in my training cycle. Highly recommend the bang bang shrimp and the almond chicken curry when they're on menu. They're my favorites!

They have been a blessing since I moved to the area. The meals are not only convenient but also incredibly delicious. I'm so thankful that KITCH has taken the stress of having access to healthy, nutrition packed meals off my plate. I'm GF/DF and there are always plenty of options each week that accommodate my dietary restrictions and I can usually have something different every single day. I always place my order online and pick up in store and I've had a great experience with every employee I've met when I run in to grab my order each week. I would recommend KITCH to anyone looking for delicious quick and easy meals!

I would become a weekly member, and I'm sure many others would if you opened up a location in "the northland" (Zona Rosa, Liberty, Gladstone area).I just dont want to make a 60-80 minute rountrip drive every week to pick up food.Theres only 3 meal prep businesses in the northland that I'm aware of, and none of them come close to your food. If you opened a location up here you would make a killing.
