We take our wonderfully semi-sweet dough and allow it to proof for up to an hour until light and fluffy, then they are baked to perfection. Make sure your holiday festivities have these on the table! They tasted like they did come out of a factory. They were edible but not great. There are not a lot of options for kolache so it's better than nothing but I won't be returning.

First time here and I had the flavor of the month which was Carmel apple and it was delicious!! I also got the peach and it was okay but a bit too doughy- with very little filling. The young lady at the counter was very nice and offered to warm them up for me.

OMG we need one of these in Wichita! I love memories of kolaches on family trips stopping in West, Texas. I was visiting Kansas City for a conference and found the Kolache factory. I love the delicious buttery soft bread with a hint of saltiness. Made my morning. I need to try the savory ones next time. Such a huge line it was hard to see the numerous savory options.
I’ll be back!!
