Even coming up on 2026, the lobby is still closed for covid and we were kicked out before we even got through the door. This location has unfortunately gone down hill.

I have not been to Krispy Kreme in a long time, but the hot light was on and the guy working the drive thru window with the camo Krispy Kreme sweatshirt was so kind and had incredible customer service. I will definitely be back soon!

The guy put fresh glazed donuts from the conveyor belt right into the box! That were warm and fresh and literally melted in our mouths!! Such a fun treat and always satisfying! The staff has always been friendly and kind. It's very quiet inside which is nice 🫶
I’m very disappointed that I was not able to get the Harry Potter donuts as they were sold out. But I did get the Chocolate glazed and Pumpkin glazed which was good, but still upset about not getting the Harry Potter special as tomorrow is the last day to get them.

I drove an hour and 35 minutes for these donuts as its the closest Krispy Kreme to me. Jessie was phenomenal. I used the drive thru. Customer service- 10/10 Cleanliness- 9/10 (the store could use an update) Delivery time- 10/10 It sucks they cant accept tips so Im hoping a good review will help! Thanks again Jessie! You made going to work in the morning a better experience!

The cream filled donuts are not as good as they used to be now that the exterior glazing has been removed. Also seems like they've reduced the amount of creme per donut. :-(
