I live over an hr away from Krispy Kremes and was super excited to pick a dozen only to be let down. So disappointed by the quality of the doughnuts. They we dry and hard. What a waste of my time, gas and money.

I arrived at 6:00am opening as the first customer of the day to order a dozen glazed doughnuts for my child’s special birthday breakfast. I ordered “a dozen of the freshest glazed doughnuts - right out of the oven”. The employee handed me a cold box and ran my credit card.
I said “this box doesn’t feel warm and the content sound hard and plastic”.
The employee said “these doughnuts are from yesterday”. He then explained “there may be some fresh doughnuts around 7:30am or so”.
I explained he should have informed me that he was selling me day old doughnuts. I requested my money back and drove down the street to another doughnut retailer.
Processing my credit card and knowingly selling me day old doughnuts after ordering “fresh doughnuts” (for my child’s birthday) is a level of Bad Business I am not used to. This is why I am writing this review.

I've placed my order the Classic Assorted Dozen on line 3 days prior to picking them up and spent $18.64. When I arrived to pick up my order the only flavors they had available were the strawberry flavor with sprinkles and glaze. So basically I was fully charged but didn't get what I'd ordered. I regret wasting my time and money and this will be my last time buying from this company.

This Krispy Kreme is just about the only one we can go to now. It being in Kansas, Missouri losing the one we had that was the last local store. Beyond that, we LOVE KRISPY KREME!! Dare I say, There is no substitute! Yeah, lame I know. LOL Anyway, they are AWESOME!!! Always Fresh! Always Friendly! Always Helpful! Always Clean! Always Well Stocked! Always Quick to Greet You! Always Happy to Point Out New Flavors.

Went for the Grinch donuts at 9am but the only ones available were the unfilled ones. They still charged me $22 full price for the "Grinch" dozen. The workers were generally miserable and unhelpful. This is how every KK donuts store is nowadays (nationwide). But every so often I get lured by a seasonal promotion and try again. I regret wasting my time and money, yet again. Hopefully this was the last time.
This location is great! They always give me a free donut when I walk in. Great customer service and atmosphere is always clean. Probably the best donut place in the street!
