I had lunch here with a friend today. We both absolutely loved our meals and will definitely be back. I had the Lamb Tikka Masala, and my friend had the Butter Chicken. We agreed this was our favorite Indian food we've had in a while! And the prices were excellent!

I ordered the 1 plate mutton biryani for $18.99, and it was really disappointing. The dish had mostly bones with barely any meat, which made it feel like a waste of money. Definitely not worth the cost wouldn’t recommend.

This is the first time service has been so bad I felt like leaving a review.
I went with a group of friends. We wanted to split the check because none of us have shared bank accounts. The waiter brought out a single check and then was hummed and ha'd so hard anout splitting it that one of the people in my group just covered it.
Some of us ordered sodas because those are on the menu. Our waiter didn't get them to us until 10 minutes after he brought out our food.
The food was a little underseasoned.

Great food, not enough selections, pricey compared to their offerings. Looked like their cleaning crew hasn't shown up for a while. One person running the whole front including the register, restocking the food(not on time), cleaning tables, etc. I'm sure they can afford a waiter/waitress with the amount they're charging for buffet($22/person). Making everything spicy doesn't make it delicious, it's a technique some indian restaurants use to discourage customers from eating a lot. I have mentioned this to the front desk. My kids could handle just the white rice, naan and butter chicken. Only one desert item? Please be serious for $22/person.

Quite possibly the best Indian food in Kansas City. Butter chicken, Garlic Naan Chicken Tikka Masala. It's a punishment to write this review and not be able to eat there right now! Absolutely fantastic buffet as well. You are seriously missing out some amazing food if you don't come here.

Small, family-owned Pakistani/Indian spot with a solid $21 lunch buffet. Limited items, but everything was done well. The naan, goat curry, and chicken 65 were the standouts — soft naan, rich goat curry with fall-off-the-bone meat, and chicken 65 that leaned more toward chili chicken but was delicious. Butter chicken and biryani were good, not great, and tandoori chicken was a bit bland (pro tip: dip it in the butter chicken or goat curry gravy). Vegetarian options included saag with potatoes, paneer masala, and veg biryani. Service was handled entirely by one hardworking employee who seated guests, cleared plates, and kept things moving — really impressive. Would definitely return for the goat curry, chicken 65 and naan alone.

Kurry Leaves is so good! The food was super flavorful and fresh — we loved everything we ordered. The biryani and butter chicken were amazing, and the naan was perfect. The staff was really nice and made us feel welcome. Definitely one of my favorite spots for Indian food around here. Can’t wait to go back!
