I got some plastic in the food ( non-veg thali), so I asked for a replacement and they gave only some items of food as replacement ( same curry which I had plastic ) and no apologies at all. No Confirmation of replacement and nothing , worst service I had in the USA. Not behaved like a professional.

I have ordered Pongal & Vada sambar , Vada sambar is okay okay but whereas the Pongal was worst & not at all good and i was very disappointed about Pongal 🥴 actual Pongal need to be in an light yellow color but it was totally in yellow color and used lot of ghee
