La Patrona Tacos & Tequila

OP has a great place for easy eating of Mexican tacos and plates. This checked all my items including fast service and food was excellent. Bistec a La Mexicana was what I ordered because I saw it and had to have it. Gotta keep this one around OP.

The BEST authentic Mexican food we’ve had around here! The food and menu items reminded me of the Mexican food we would have back home in South Texas. Staff were friendly & nice. So glad to see they have a breakfast menu. We will definitely be back!

Decent authentic Mexican food with a lighter than normal touch on seasoning. My carne asada had a bone and avocado had dark spots that made me question the attention to detail and quality that the kitchen puts into preparation. But mistakes happen and one instance isn't enough to write them off. They are new so hopefully they can figure out their service and prep with some experience and practice. I'd give them a try again to see if it improves.

Queso and chips were hot and delicious. Barbacoa tacos with corn tortillas were inCREDible. Fast, fresh and delicious! We will be back!

Absolutely delicious!! The asada tacos were amazing and the best rice and beans! I’d recommend a thousand times!! The owner and his family are very nice. This is a must try for everyone!!

Incredibly good tacos and flautas. I was very impressed, everytime I've been here the food and service has been exceptionally good. Might be the best Mexican food I've had in KC area.. I will be coming back often. Highly recommend ?

Love it ! Great food and very nice service. Family owned spot it seems.

I was welcomed in with a nice smile. The food came out in a reasonable time.
You can see them putting it together. Ingredients were fresh.

The food and service are excellent! The asada knocks your socks off and the pastor is a little sweet for being a Mexican pork, but it's still mouth-watering. The salsa has a little kick, but once you dip it in the perfectly salted chips, it's so much better. If you are looking for a Mexican restaurant, this is your best choice.

The truth is that he came from Oklahoma for soccer reasons and we found this place to eat and it is highly recommended. The food is very tasty, very clean, the staff is very friendly. If I return to Kansas I would not hesitate to eat here again.

Made my first visit to La Patrona yesterday. The folks working there are extremely friendly and the food is oustanding. I chose the platillo with chili verde and the short ribs. I will defintely be back and would recommend La Patrona to anyone.
