Chris was SO helpful! Went in not really knowing what we wanted, my gf doesn’t like chocolate and is super new to health stuff! He made us both feel welcome and answered all our questions and had great recs. Hooked us up with blueberry muffin protein powder, yummy meals, and little bite snacks! We will definitely be back! My eyes are on the strawberry sorbet powder next! ?
I go here just about everyday and grab my lunch. There are always so many options. Everything tastes really good. They also have a really nice variety of pre-workout, protein powders, ect. And you can’t beat the amazing people that work there always friendly and informative. They also have seasonal meals. I would recommend LK to anyone looking for something quick fast and healthy. They also have a rewards program. Toni is extremely awesome!!! Give it a try I did and love it!!!!
