Great NYC style pizza and perfect Sicilian style as well. The pizza doesn’t always taste the same depending on who makes it but it’s always 5/5 regardless

I’m a sucker for a good NY Style pizza by the slice.
At first glance it looked the part, but WOW was disappointed.
They really need to take a trip to NYC to see what NY Style pizza by the slice is like. The slices were doughy, not crispy at all. The edge of the crust was not crispy either. The sauce was extremely bland and the cheese tasted like it was out of a bag. The pepperoni tastes like it’s out of a bag as well. This might be considered good in Overland Park, KS but I couldn’t even finish the slices. I tried but I just couldn’t do it. What a waste of money. I would rather make the 30 minutes drive to Lawerence, KS to the Big Mill, it’s not NY style but their Detroit style taste and execution blows this place away.
If you are craving good pizza with flavor and great ingredients go somewhere else. I should have taken my own advice. STAY AWAY FROM PLACES THAT TRY TO SERVE TOO MAMY ITEMS. I DON’T WANT MY PIZZA PLACE TO DO CHEESE STEAKS etc. The menu is too big, I bet they don’t make one thing good, just a bunch of low quality offerings. Save your money and stay away.
This place is horrible. Spent $40 and couldn’t eat any of it. Pizza, pasta and sandwich all bad.

Pizza is definitely New York style but not great. Higher end chain pizzas are tastier. At a better price. Fast paced lunch service I can see where it could get rude. I'm from New York I know New York style pizza and I know rude. What is with tipping to have people hand you food over a counter.

I'm from the Bronx, and their pizza is the closest to real NY pizza I can imagine! They even have thick Sicilian slices. So good!

I called ahead for a late night order. Asked if it could be done. Was told yes. All three sandwiches were burnt. Fries were cold. Pizza was the only thing that was ok. When I tried to call to talk to someone on a $150 order- they told me they were closed. Shame on you all. I even ASKED if you could fill the big order before placing it and you said yes. I’m embarrassed for you as the one who ordered for our team. You should be ashamed of yourself and your restaurant. Don’t accept an order if you you can’t handle it.
Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered 2 side salads, the wife got a Calzone, and I got a slice of Canadian bacon/pineapple and one w/ pepperoni, onions and yellow peppers. The salads were nothing special but were good. Wife said the Calzone was tasty w/ plenty of fillings. The pizza slices were very good. We will return when back in that area for sure.

very rude & poor service very rude & poor service very rude & poor service very rude & poor service
The usual apathetic to rude service was replaced with creative pricing and an inability to explain the mystery upcharge. Pointing out the price listed on their menu board of $4.10 for a two-topping slice did nothing to help the kids working there understand that the price shouldn't be $5.50-something each with tax.
I say $5.50-something because I wasn't offered a receipt.

First time eating there and wasn't impressed. The guy that took our order and served the slices was rude and shouldn't be in a customer facing position. The pizza was fair. Kind of like eating leftovers at work that had been sitting on the counter all day. Tried a few different sodas and they were all flat. This was during the noon lunch rush and the place was only half full, so that should have been my first clue. Doubt I ever go back.

Eating here was a great decision and I will definitely be back. The ordering process was straightforward and fast. The chefs were nice and cooked a great pizza. Definitely recommend any of the Sicilian pizza slices. There are pinball and other arcade games in the dining room which added to the overall experience too. Be warned: the non-Star Trek pinball machine does not cost a quarter to play!

Ordered via delivery to my hotel with instructions to check with the front desk before going to my room (we were string on the patio). Texts said they were having a hard time finding the hilton hotel at this address, so I called the dasher...no response. Went to the front desk and they said the only pizza went straight past them. Caught the dasher on the way out and she didn't care and said she left the pizza outside the room. Got it. But only thanks to the awesome front desk people who chased the dasher down and picked up the pizza personally and delivered it to the patio. Called Leone's and the kid that answered acted very aloof and as if it didn't matter that we had poor delivery. Unfortunately this will stop us from ever ordering here again and we make regular business trips here. Oh well, any suggestion on good pizza in Olathe area, leave a comment.
