Two women over 65 ordering pizza and salad (only 2 in line ordering). Server ignored order for one woman's slice choice and waited fully on the man next in line who had just walked in the door, leaving woman waiting while he made his salad and put his Stromboli in the oven before coming back to finish women's orders! What kind of server (man) does this!!!!!

I come here a lot cause I love a good New York style slice.This review would have 5 stars but they really need to get rid of the new guy they hired that’s been there the past few months.The issue is not that he barely speaks English, he lacks decent service and skill….Tonight he was glued to his phone, had to be reminded by the teenager cleaning that a customer needed help…started to cut my other two slices and forgot to finish cutting them and putting them in the oven…then realized he forgot and left my slices he forgot in their for like 30 seconds…all while on his phone in between the whole time.I figured by now he would know how to cut a slice right but nah…still crooked and still not paying attention to what needs to be done.Every time I come in there I hope he is not handling my slices…please either coach this dude to be better or adios.I’ll re-rate and correct this review once he gets better or replaced.The kids that work there and the long term ppl that have been there are great, but it’s been a bad experience lately with the new guy.

Wanted to really like this place but nothing special here. Ordered 2 slices and a soda. Service "meh" and pizza the same. I do know this-pizza would have benefited from a couple of more minutes in the oven. May come back another time and try a sandwich. Those looked decent.

Worst experience! I put a carry out order in and guy helping has no place in any retail environment. He had no clue what was going on and couldn’t help me with any questions and was very rude. Another kid came over and same thing. Nobody knows what’s going on. I wasn’t the only one shaking my head. Not sure what’s going on over there! F-

Just about as close to a NY slice as you can get in KC. Would be nice if they had vegan options. Vegan cheese has come a huge way in the past few years and is much easier on the stomach and environment.

I don't like getting reheated pizza and the slices in their display seamed and tasted too old like yesterday's slices. The prices were way too high. I had a slice of Sicilian pizza a ham and cheese roll and a medium drink and it was $13.75 . i could have been close to ordering a whole pizza for that price.

As a native New Yorker, I’ve been searching for great pizza in the KC area. This is some of the best. Dough is perfectly chewy/crispy. Sauce has a sweetness to it. Really great pizza.

This was, with out a doubt, THE worst tasting food experience I've ever had in my entire life. I love pizza,... pizza can never be "bad". I wanted to try somewhere new because I happened to be in the area. It was probably just unfortunate luck. I ordered two slices of pizza and a drink. Three bites in and had to throw it away. The bad taste is still on my mouth, hours later. A refund wasn't even worth asking for and I just left. IDK what happened because the reviews say the food is good. I must have gotten a piece of the oven or something, but I will not be back.

My husband and I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza from here. When we got there we watched they young man pull the pizza out of the oven and drop it. This is okay because this type of thing happens. We came back after the pizza was remade. The manager was very nice and tried to make things correct, he made us a larger pizza and added a couple of extra canolli. When we got home the pizza we got was not what we ordered. I called the next day and was assured that I did get the correct pizza. I am adding photos to show the pizza we received, I was told the chicken was shredded very small. I was them given a credit but will not ever go back.Edit: Thank you for your response! The breadstick would have been good if I had ordered them but I was reassured that I got my pizza and this was what I got instead. Thank you for the credit to my phone number but I would have brought the breadsticks back and rather had my money back.
