I am not pleased at all they didn’t start on our order til late and we ordered at 11:50, and I ordered a pretzel pizza with cheese sauce and instead got red sauce on it plus all of our food was cold, I’m absolutely disappointed in little Caesar’s.. ??

If you order online, don't trust the tracking on whether or not your order is ready. They never put my order in the pick-up machine (maybe because it's always big and needs 2+ slots?) and it never shows as being ready for pickup. Before figuring this out, I have waited in the lobby for 10 min only to realize my order was completed and back on the prep table the entire time! Also, I always have to ask for sauce because it's never already with the rest of the order.
