Ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours to get here, only to receive a wrong pizza. I ordered one sausage and one pepperoni, and I got one sausage and one cheese. Tried calling them to see what was taking so long and no one answered. Will not be ordering from here again.

1 star only because I had to press something!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Stood there for over 2 hours waiting for our pizzas!! Barely got anyone to talk to us the entire time and everyone was VERY rude!! Not even an apology for the long wait and even served people that were BEHIND me in line before I even got my pizzas! Will NEVER go back to that place again!! manager was awful and rude and didn’t even act professional at all!

Sauce was sour, went back to let them know and try and get some more, went to the back and brought out cold batch same taste. Was told oh well that’s all we have. Spoke to Stephanie seemed like she didn’t care as well never going back

I just left from there got a hot and ready pizza. The pizza is very old and the marinara sauce they gave me for the breadsticks taste either water down or out of date. Very disappointed they only good thing I just got was my breadsticks…

Ordered ahead, seamless pickup in the locker, and headed home immediately. Great experience all around and the pizza was an immediate hit with the kids. Zero complaints. Will be back!

I should have listened to the reviews. Try to avoid this location if possible. I came here, staff saw me come in and just ignored me. When I finally got helped it took a line around the store to get someone out.

Placed an online order when I was in a bit of a jam so I needed it quick. Order was ready quickly, staff was friendly in helping me pick it up, and the pizzas were delicious!! Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews but my experience was nothing but positive!
We ordered the stuffed pretzel crust nacho cheese pizza after the last chiefs game and set it for pickup. When I got there and checked my order it was the wrong pizza (a poorly made pepperoni pizza) and on top of that they had just ran out of dough and said they were not making any more. On top of that the young man routing the counter was incredibly rude to everyone that came in and was slaming things around the store and barking at the customers.

Absolutely horribly run location. Staff are clueless, and have no idea how to make a pizza by the promised time. I ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread, and when I went to pick it up was told it would be another 10 min. Well, 35 min later I finally got my order. You would think being the official pizza of the NFL things would be better, but they are far FAR from it. Avoid this place is all I can say...I will be ordering from Marcos across the st going forward. They know what on time is...Whomever the GM is, really needs to find another job.. good.grief

Not sure why this location is getting so many bad reviews. It’s definitely one of the better little Caesar’s I’ve had. I did a mobile order and picked it up. Everything was hot and ready when I got there. I also enjoyed their pizza portal pick up. Just entered my code and got it out of the hot box. Their new stuffed crust pizza is awesome as well. Would recommend over most of the other pizza chains in the area.
