I ordered takeout; the chicken satay, low carb satay with soup and pepper basil beef were delicious!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, which I really appreciated. Keep the delicious food and service going! 😀👍

The food quality here is definitely lower than the other lulus in the area. I always get the rainbow peanut noodles and every time we’ve gone to this location it is so soupy. They don’t make the sauce thick like the Westwood or Kansas City locations do. Staff is always friendly though and they are usually pretty quick with service.

I am vegan and I’m used to getting my order wrong. I was in a large group and ordered a vegan basil fried rice. At the other location, they know what vegan is. I should have specified no animal products/eggs, because they gave me mine with eggs.

Still a positive experience simply because of their excellent customer service, I’ve never had a restaurant bring out a free appetizer as I waited for my meal to be remade, since all my friends were already eating.
