Maggiano's Little Italy

Great food and service. Very busy night. My experience has been that you always have to wait for your table even with a reservation. The bar is always packed and there is no good place to wait. They need to text or give out pagers to those waiting because it's crowded and noisy and therefore really hard to hear your name when it's called

The concept of this restaurant has changed, I believe to upscale it. With that being said, I likely won't choose it very often. They've removed some staple items one of which my mother always ordered. The flat bread in which we loved is not the same, it is a doughy type pizza, not sure why they call it flatbread because it is nothing like their previous flatbread, but like pizza. The Maggiano side salad was smaller and full of field greens, which is not my preference. My rigatoni D was excellent, and my mom liked the lasagna. The apple Crostini was the same and still delicious. The tiramisu seemed lacking in flavor, they either stopped putting alcohol in or put less or was an off batch. It was good, but not as delicious as I remember.

We had a party of 11, server was so focused on the expensive bottle of wine my in-laws ordered she skipped asking the rest of us what we wanted to drink. I had to remind her on several occasions, to bring drinks or refill, to bring kids food first , to remove plates, to bring Togo boxes etc. like I was training her! Table had no candles like other tables, no salt n pepper, they brought plain oil for bread - no cheese or seasonings- was gross. Had to ask repeatedly for parm cheese. Server had bus boy helping and he was great. Food was good- but whole thing did not feel like fine dining and it was a bit chaotic to be honest. Not what we've experienced on prior visits.

One person at our table thought the portion of spinach was not enough to be considered a serving. Other than that the food was excellent! Music was a tad too loud in the bar to enjoy the conversation.

I had a wonderful dinner at Maggiano's! Our server, Anthony, was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The highlight of the meal was definitely the wagyu stuffed shells; they were rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend trying them if you visit! Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

For 5 people, the family style was more than enough and still freshly prepared. Great value as well. Server was great.

Best place to celebrate! Food was wonderful, lasagna, meatball sandwich and chicken parm. Our server Tyronn was fantastic! Lemon cookies are to die for!

Poor service, we had a reservation and the host tried seating us at the bar, wine was brought to the table late, the olive oil and bread were lower quality than what they used to be, also brought to the table late, the entrees we always order were also poor quality than what they used to be. Overall not the same experience we have been used to enjoying over the years unfortunately.

Food was phenomenal. The house salad with blue cheese, bacon, and house vinaigrette was amazing— I don't normally like blue cheese but I loved this salad. The mushroom ravioli was probably one of the best pasta dishes I've had, portions were just right, no one at the table had leftovers to take home. Service was average, waiter was super busy, running around, so you could tell they were short staffed.

The service was absolutely excellent. The waitress was very attentive and did extra things for our friend who was having a retirement party. The food was good but a little under seasoned, in my opinion. The autosphere was beautiful and very classy. Great for a special event.

This was our first time visiting. We sat in the bar area. The service was good as was the food. Our meals were cooked to perfection and we look forward to visiting again.

Had gift cards that were good, they wouldn’t scan. Told to “call # on back of gift cards.” I did, on speaker phone from my table. My cards were good. Finally they manually entered card #’s and they went through. No apology from manager, just embarrassment at this place. I will never return.
