Very loud in the restaurant but as tables emptied out it got better. Our server JD said he was new & he was very nice! We did have to keep asking for water refills but other than that he was delightful. The food was delicious
We arrived early for our reservation and they suggested we wait in the bar after checking in. Then, rather than walking 5 feet to call our name, they called and texted. My phone was silenced so it was a few minutes before we saw the text. When we went to the host stand, they said they had given our table away because they “couldn't reach us.” We were then instructed to stand waiting in the crowded lobby until they could find us another table. Really disappointing start to our evening. Food was okay and server was friendly but service was rushed with our entrees arriving almost immediately after our appetizer. Clear impression was that they were more invested in turning the table over quickly than making space for us to enjoy a relaxed meal. Would not go back.
We took our kids on a Friday night. I was apprehensive as it was nicer than I was expecting. Almost canceled as I didn't think we were dressed nice enough. I'm glad we didn't—it was delicious. Kid's got the Alfredo and loved it. I got the rigatoni alla vodka with gluten free noodles. I added the grilled chicken (recommended by my waitress). It was amazing—10/10 would recommend. My husband got the bone in ribeye and also loved it. The only thing I didn't love was the asparagus which I thought was a bit undercooked. Was a little pricey, however, the food was worth it in my opinion.
25 minutes past our reservation to be seated . Unprofessional folks at maitre d desk. Food average and quality in decline. Two people two glasses of wine and no desert. $140. Definitely a no. Have been to Maggianos across the US over the last 20 years including this one just 2 years ago . Waitress, Morgan, did a great job. Her attention and effort saved this from being a complete zero.
Enjoyed our meal at Maggiano's. It had been some time since I've been to a Maggiano's and wanted to introduce others family members to what I remembered previously as a great dinner experience. Thank goodness we had made reservations via Open Table since on this Saturday evening the restaurant was extremely busy. When we arrived many were waiting at the bar and outside. Our name was called within 15 minutes of our scheduled reservation. The bar service was prompt when sitting at the bar but noticeably slow when ordering from the table. Food was excellent.
Rather severe price increases - spaghetti and meatball $26 and was only average in taste. Also removed our favorite - baked ziti from menu. Service was subpar - had to ask for bread and then server brought only one small loaf for 4 people and no butter or olive oil. Never came to refill drinks.
Our night was made by our waitress Halle. She was always there without suffocation and was so much fun! She knew the menu and anticipated our needs! I think the food has improved since they made some business changes and we had a lovely celebratory dinner! Will return and ask for Halle!
The venue is VERY noisy!! The only complaint was that we wanted decaf coffee and they were out of it. That sounds like bad planning.
Excellent food and service. I've taken my family here multiple times and it never disappoints. Appetizers, wine, and main courses all around hard to beat for a nice Italian restaurant.
Great food and service. Too loud to talk to anyone except the one right next to you - disappointing for a family get together.

Great date night experience. Food was really good - and had a bunch to take home! Very nice place - it was first visit and glad we went!
Crab cakes were mushy. Waitstaff forgot about us. Had to ask another server for our check.
Great food and service. Very busy night. My experience has been that you always have to wait for your table even with a reservation. The bar is always packed and there is no good place to wait. They need to text or give out pagers to those waiting because it's crowded and noisy and therefore really hard to hear your name when it's called
Our waiter was Fantastic, the food was amazing. We celebrated with good friends. We Love Maggiano's❤️
The concept of this restaurant has changed, I believe to upscale it. With that being said, I likely won't choose it very often. They've removed some staple items one of which my mother always ordered. The flat bread in which we loved is not the same, it is a doughy type pizza, not sure why they call it flatbread because it is nothing like their previous flatbread, but like pizza. The Maggiano side salad was smaller and full of field greens, which is not my preference. My rigatoni D was excellent, and my mom liked the lasagna. The apple Crostini was the same and still delicious. The tiramisu seemed lacking in flavor, they either stopped putting alcohol in or put less or was an off batch. It was good, but not as delicious as I remember.
