While the food was good, once I got it, the service left a lot to be desired. I walked in during dinner hour and took a seat at the bar. No one else was at the bar, and no bar tender was present. I waited 10 minutes to be served and saw that many waitresses, servers, managers, and other employees look at me sitting there with no drink and no food. After 12 minutes, i went to a hostess and asked if any bartenders were on duty. The hostess said she would get someone. After another 15 minutes, a manager came out and looked at me and finally asked if he could help me, at which point I asked for a coke and a menu. Five minutes after that, a bartender came out and served me the rest of the time I was thereI waited almost 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there and an actual customer. Meanwhile, there where customer's behind me and throughout the restaurant being served. This restaurant does serve good food but is way too pricey for this level of service to be acceptable

Work brings me to another amazing dining experience with Maggiano’s Little Italy. This place is really nice. Upscale beautiful restaurant with fantastic food. The stuffed mushrooms were the best I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection with a garlic pesto stuffing and butter sauce. The blackened salmon was perfect. The relish they add to the top is spicy and tangy but just enough to complement the salmon. The bed of mashed potatoes were so creamy and rich. The crusted shrimp added another highlight to an amazing dish.
Everything was pretty decent. It was dim and I think if the place was lit up with strong lighting it would not appear that nice or clean. Still, I enjoyed my experience.

My SIL got engaged on Saturday and we didn’t know until she called us. Our party of 6 made a last minute reservation. They had proms, baseball and soccer tournaments, and other normal business but were able to seat us quickly. I informed the host that we were celebrating an engagement (couple arrived later) and our waiter presented the fiancé with a rose. He (our waiter, Reed) also brought complimentary champagne for our whole table. It was a pleasant surprise. There were a couple of food allergies at the table and he was knowledgeable on the menu and informed each guest of their options. Others at the table made substitutions for the type of noodle or meat. The food came out quickly and was fantastic. Everything was correct and as ordered. Towards the end, he brought out a complimentary dessert for the couple. It was another thoughtful gesture. I have never seen a restaurant do so much for an engagement without prior notice. Reed was incredibly kind and checked on us frequently. We were throughly impressed by the service, food, and gestures and will definitely come again for future celebrations.I had been to this location before for normal dinners or date nights and always been satisfied, but they went so far above and beyond for SILs engagement dinner that I was genuinely impressed and cannot stop talking about how good the service and effort was. Will definitely come again and recommend for others to do the same.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff
Excellent service and food! Would recommend dining here. We made a reservation at 5:45 and despite the restaurant being slammed with people for high school prom and out for a weekend dinner we were seated within 5 minutes.Our waitress was very knowledgeable and helped us select a bottle of wine and land on the dishes we wanted. We were very happy with the wine and the food was delicious. The portions were large so each of us had enough for a meal the following day.Overall, good food and excellent service!

This was our first time time trying Maggianos .We ordered carry out and our family was really impressed. It took less that 20 minutes from time we placed order until it was ready. The portions are huge and could easily be split with someone . We will be back for sure ! The young lady that brought out our order to car was very pleasant and so accommodating to my requests . Perfect representative for your company.
