They never put enough sauce in sandwich’s and are always missing items in delivery! This is the worst McDonald’s in Overland Park. People who work close by go to other McDonald’s farther away because of this!

I visited today, 10/26 at 1:35 pm. There is a very sweet woman that was at the first window who I paid with. She is there a lot, as we are frequent to this location, and she is so kind and great at her job. She always smiles and even made me laugh today. I really appreciate this kind of attitude working in the fast food industry because I know it can be hard and it’s rare to come across good attitudes like hers. I hope management lets her know about this review and gives her the recognition and appreciation that she deserves. She’s like this EVERY time we see her. <3

Everytime I have gone to this McDonald’s they always give me a regular sugary coke when I always ask for a Diet Coke cause I have type one diabetes. Just today I had my last straw trying to give them a chance to get my order right. I asked for a Diet Coke, got to the window and they told me it was a Diet Coke and even punched the diet tab on the top and then when I put my device that checks if my sodas have sugar in it or not it said it was a a regular sugary coke. Im officially pissed off. Don’t come here.

The dining area was a bit on the messy side but no biggie. It's McDinalds. If you're not okay with getting a little sticky then you're in the wrong place.
