Great service fast food

They gave me the wrong order. When I got to the window, I knew something was wrong. They didn't have my nuggets in the bag. I didn't check all my food until I left and got to work. I ordered my whole order large and only the drink was large. The burger I ordered was plain with cheese and triple, but the one I got was double with ketchup. I ordered large fries, yet I got a small.

This location is disappointing. The food is good, but they mess up on orders pretty badly and often. Once, I got a McChicken, and they forgot the chicken. Another time, I got a Double Quarter Pounder, and they forgot the cheese. This time, I got the McCrispy Deluxe, and it was only the chicken with 2 pickles. I'm never coming back here again.

I was rushed ordering, they never gave a total. I had to ask for a receipt. The receipt was not legible. After being asked to wait they still messed up the order. Below average quality of food.

Nether sauce is surprisingly hot! Problem is you can't order it through the app or at the kiosk. Had to interact with a human!

Our order was missing items. Our change was wrong. The lobby was mostly empty at 11:45 am. Most of the tables were very dirty. The entire place was very unclean.

I got the wrong order handed to me. The guy at the window said 2 words to me. My fries were dumped out on my bag and only about half full, and my cheese for my cheese burger was literally sitting next to it in the box only about 1/3 of the cheese was actually on the burger. Kind of a joke

In my opinion this is one of the best locations... I go to work at seven thirty and stop on my way occasionally... The manager is in the drive-through, and he is always so friendly.. I stopped there today and there were like 4 cars ahead of me, but you would never know because I think I waited maybe six minutes...great great service... The food is always hot as well...

Worst McDonald’s Experience – Overcharged, Wrong Order, Rude Staff & Questionable Food Quality

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This morning, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal with a round egg instead of folded, plus coffee. What I got instead was an overpriced, incorrect, and completely unacceptable meal, paired with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Let’s break it down:
1. Overcharged at the First Window – My total was $12 instead of the meal price. The employee couldn’t tell me why (language barrier), but when I checked, they had charged me separately for a Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit, an Egg McMuffin (which I never ordered), and coffee—all à la carte.
2. Rude Manager at the Second Window – I politely explained that I ordered a meal, not individual items, and that I was charged incorrectly. Instead of fixing it, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She refunded me for the Egg McMuffin but didn’t correct the meal price, meaning I was still overpaying. Then, she literally threw the bag at me.
3. No Hash Brown – Checked my bag before driving off—missing the hash brown. When I told her, she mumbled something under her breath, walked away, and handed me a cold one.
4. The Food Itself Was Disgusting –
• The egg was wrong—I specifically asked for a round egg, and they gave me folded instead.
• The biscuit was hard as a rock—clearly old and barely edible.
• There was debris in my wrapper—which is just nasty.
• The egg looked old and dried out, making me question their food safety.

I was already late for work dealing with all of this, and to top it off, the food was so badly made and unappetizing that I ended up throwing it away.

McDonald’s, get it together. If your employees can’t take a basic order correctly, don’t know how to charge for a meal, and treat customers like a nuisance, then they need better training—or a different job. Absolutely unacceptable.

my wife and I drove up to pick up breakfast at 10:29 after others had ordered.We were told no breakfast they have switched to lunch. All we wanted was 2 sausage macmuffins. pretty bad!

This McDonald’s is awful, stay far away! Their drive thru screens don’t work and have been that way for over 6 months and they will not tell you the cost and charge you more money if you don’t pay attention. I always ask for a receipt but I got tired of it and also a lot of the times the breakfast food is cold and it’s 8am so it doesn’t make sense. I literally just go to the 135th and Quivira location now even though it’s out of my way.

Often after you pay you make you go to the extra 6 reserved spots to wait for your food, even if no one is behind you. Once you get to these spots, tons of cars in the drive-thru pay and get there food. I don't understand why they do this, no other location does this. Seems like this locations goal is to get people to the register asap instead or getting them their food asap. Now the line is after pay instead or before you order which leads to a sour ending to the visit.
