It was very busy and it took a long time to get to talk to a cashier and receive our food. They were doing pretty well for how little they had, but we were almost there for an hour waiting for our take out orders. We were trying to get food to eat at a park but due to the wait it was too dark outside. I hope next time they will be able to find enough people for the dinner rush.

Rudest employees I’ve ever delt with. Somehow my online order got put to the counter so they refused to let us have it at the window saying oh but it’s at the counter, well go get it then. They was acting like it was in a whole other building. Shouldn’t matter!!! Then they suddenly forget English when you try to talk to them. The lady working tonight was the worst, she just didn’t want to do her JOB and fill drinks. Lazy and rude!!!!

I understand that mechanical failures happen — the Drive-Thru here was out of service when I arrived — but what happened next was unforgivable. I placed an online order for my child’s school lunch and, after waiting in line, I exited my car to ask for help. The staff I approached were dismissive, indifferent, and completely lacking in basic empathy. Because of their negligence my child missed his lunch period at school.
This is not a one-off problem; I’ve experienced rude and careless service at this location before. Paying customers deserve respect and accountability — not apathetic employees who act like they’re doing you a favor. McDonald’s: fix your training and your attitude at this store, or expect this to be shared widely. I will be posting this experience across my social channels and escalating to corporate if I don’t receive a prompt, meaningful response.

My food was disgusting, my QP was raw my fries were cold and greasy . I ask for fresh ones but they said it would be 3 minutes, whatever never going back.

I asked for extra onions on my burger at the drive-thru. The receipt said "XTRA Onions", the grill-slip on the wrapper said "XTRA Onions", but when I got home with my food there were NO ONIONS on the burger. Somebody had to physically remove the grill-slip from the printer, look at it, then do the exact OPPOSITE. Garbage customer service! Didn't notice until I got home; not worth driving back to argue. Not worth going back to spend my money here anytime soon.
