This store needs to update the lobby hours from 11p to 945p because the sign said it was open and when questioned about it so I could use the restroom they blew me off and sent me to QT.. then they didn't have the holiday pies we ordered and offered fresh cookies instead ,but gave us apple pies... Had to throw away the apple pies because I'm allergic to cinnamon!... This store is just as bad as most others in the area... Probably had the doors locked because there were kids running around inside guess it's a daycare instead of a restaurant. Thanks for the crappy service

Well, I don’t know what happened, but I clearly said twice that I wanted NO ketchup on my cheeseburger, extra pickles and some mustard. I got a cheeseburger with NO cheese basically, NO mustard, NO pickles ,and loaded down with ketchup. Is this a sick joke or something? Not happy I’m at work and I can’t go back to get it fixed. I called and of course there’s no answer. You have to leave a message. Hopefully they will fix this because everybody just wants what they ordered..

This place is terrible, went drive thru@ 11:17 am ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and snack wrap, was parked at the curbside pickup parking spot along with 6 other cars, waited 10 minutes and finally went inside to get my order myself. the sad part was my order was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. the manager is covered in tattoos with a terrible attitude and didn't care. This franchisee should be ashamed of them selves. Im sure they don't care because there speed of service times are great because they park every single car because they can't manage to make an order in a timely manner. will never be coming back to this location.

Had a mobile order for two sausage McMuffins. Got to the second window and they told me to go wait in one of the pick up spots. Didn’t think much of it but quickly realized there were 5 other cars waiting that didn’t have their order yet either. Took 15 mins for them to bring out the wrong order to me. Also overheard the employee lecturing the gentleman next to me about how he can’t order that much food? Weird. You sell food, don’t complain when people order what you sell. I have allergies and can’t have cheese so couldn’t eat the order they brought me. Didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. If you can’t keep the orders straight for people waiting, let them sit at the window till you get it figured out.

Had to repeat my order. Then when I receive my 5$ spicy chicken meal I asked for ranch how y'all not notice there was no nuggets in the box? Did not even give me a receipt. Thanks for the extra sauce with nothing to dip in it. This happens every other time.
