They don't seem to be up to corporate standards. The receipt dude isn't paying attention at all. You can sit there and hold up the line all day to no avail. Next time I will wait even longer just to make a point. I'll bring my tablet and Netflix. Give me my receipt.

I WISH I took pictures of my experience, sadly with everything happening currently I instead enjoyed my meal and got caught up in it all. The point is. This was one of the best experiences I have EVER had, ANYWHERE. I have no clue who it was, but we ordered out on 1-16-25 around 5:30-6 pm. The food was excellent, nice and warm just as always, HOWEVER it was how we got it that has turned me into a LIFETIME customer at this location. Whoever put the food in the bags seriously deserves a promotion, a raise, or very high praise AT THE LEAST. I have never been so impressed by how well my food was organized and packaged. It was literally a flawless meal. I sincerely hope that person is treated right and rewarded appropriately, because as soon as they're gone, so is my business.

Ordered on the app, pulled up to the store, and they turned off the lights. Then we had to bang on the windows for a solid minute before a manager came to the windows, telling us the store is closed and he can't offer a refund and that he turned off the lights before we got there.
I'll avoid this location at all costs. 0/10

I’ve learned mcdonalds is running a new scam through my use of the mobile app ive had maybe 10+ times they had to refund my order because they are out of stock. 0 OUT OF THE 10* TIME DID I ACTUALLY GET A REFUND. Each time THEY are out of something and i dont get what i paid for I am not refunded you can ask the staff 100 times and each time they tell you you will receive a refund that never comes. Ive looked online and its not just me everyone who orders mobile has this issue. Mcdonalds does not seem to care that they are taking part is this highly unethical buisness practice. This is wild someone needs to sue them on behalf of all of our 5-10$ refund we are all missing.

Great customer service, great fresh food, and THEY ACTUALLY FILL THE BOX WITH FRIES! They deserve the most for that! Thank you! I have gone three weeks in a row and had great experiences - restroom and lobby are clean. Only complaint: the Wi-Fi is garbage. If the Wi-Fi were decent, I would have definitely given all 5 stars!

Store has a smell of sewage and the cashier didn't understand how to do his job made it very difficult to make an order I just left when he could not understand english
